I want to say that I have been going here for a couple of months now. I have had amazing experience up until this point. And I understand everyone gets busy and frustrated at different points… But to make 2 appointments and be sat in the back & have walk-ins that came through the front get seated before me… Needless to say I waited 40 minutes & then walked out. I decided to give it 1 more try yesterday. Though I was seated within a few minutes, what I asked for & what I received were 2 different things. Not only that, I was hurt several times and cut twice. I asked her to look at my nails the way they were & to look at a picture of what it was I wanted bc I had gotten it done there a couple weeks prior. I was dismissed & by the end of the appointment I literally jumped up & asked if we were done. Not only was I charged $5 more than what I paid previously, but of course you absolutely have to leave a tip. So 2 previous appointments I had to walk out on & $50 later I never received what I intentionally went in there for & couldn’t believe how bad they looked!
Really liked how nicely they came out and it was very reasonably priced, they were supposed to be joker nails but instead of putting "HA HA..." Kim put stitches and didn't ask me what it was, but overall cute and she was very sweet.
We waited for an hour after our appointment time to be seen, but it was worth it. Heather did a wonderful job on my nails and made adjustments for me along the way with them. The staff are super sweet, and they have a calming environment. It was $90 for a set of acrylics and a dip powder set altogether, so definitely a good price point! I love coming here.
It was very nice, they got us in about 5 minutes after arrived. She got a little close to my skin but other than that it was nice!
All of the employees are kind and efficient.I feel very special after my every three week visit. I recommend Vy nails . Give it a try. I'm sure you will be pleased! Kind and excellent service. So happy with their services!

I have spent $1,000’s of dollars here over the last decade and am fed up with the level of customer service.
In addition to being treated poorly by the techs, the owner Heather is especially rude and my appointments are NEVER on time. Ever. As I wrote this review I had been waiting 40 minutes for an appointment that I arrived on time for. The last time it was over an hr. There is no apology or explanation when you come in. Or when they finalllly sit you down for your service. They just let you sit and wait like your time doesn’t matter bc they know you need their service. So with that being said, I will not be returning since clearly they’re so busy that they don’t need me.
Also, the pedicures are some of the worst that I’ve had but the location was always convenient so I put up with sub par service. Not anymore.
