Nails are on crooked and multiple fingers were sanded and burned. My natural nails were cut so short for fake acrylics. Polish wasn’t put on my entire nail and the design wasn’t dry before top coat was put on and now the designs are smudged.
I have been going to ViVi nails for quite some time now. My nails are always beautiful. Nancy does a fabulous job and is always very patient with me as I have a hard time choosing colors. I now just bring my own and she has no problem with that. They always have been accommodating and will fit me in. Customer service is excellent and they remember you by name and they are very friendly. One very satisfied customer and this is worth trying.
I received a pedicure and 3 days later I am left with a scab where my skin was cut and another area that is now infected. I also have a different area that is still red and if concern. She removed very little of my calloused heels. Other than the redness around my toenails you can’t tell that I had a pedicure.
I get to my appointment, a man starts doing my nails right after smoking his cig and did not wash his hands - also did my full set in about 20 mins and he leaves without finishing. My nails were so uneven and thick, didn't have the shape I wanted at all and the polish job was not great either, there were spots missing and polish left on the side of my fingers. I left not happy at all and went straight to my normal nail salon and paid to have my color changed and nails filed to the shape I actually wanted. Will NOT be back
Had my nails done today by Nancy, my first time here and I was SO happy. She did a great job. I will for sure be back and tell others of this place, thank you ViVi Nails !
Nancy and Steven do an awesome job! I have been to many nail salons in Green Bay with not the best experiences. I walked in to ViVi Nails this morning and explained my frustration. Steven listened and went right to work on my nails. Nancy did my pedi and french tipped my nails. My acrylic nails look real and the french tip could not be more perfect. I was not rushed through my appointment because they wanted to do their job correctly. This is the best place for many reasons. If you have to wait due to them being busy, it is so worth the wait. Do yourself a favor and give these wonderful people a try. You won't be disappointed!
This was my first time using this salon. I had a pedicure done. There was no bag in foot wash like many do for sanitary reasons. I was only one there and couldn’t have any conversation because lady doing my toes couldn’t speak English. It got pretty quiet and boring because there was no music either. My big toe was nicked which made me worried about the sanitization procedures again. The BIG thing was that when I called for appt. I was told would cost $30. When I went to counter to pay I saw service menu that said $20 for pedicure then lady said $35 was the charge. I asked why sign and gentlemen said different prices. Lady just looked at me and smiled but didn’t answer because not speaking English. I paid and left. I will not go back again because of sketchy practices!!
So I normally am pretty understanding about getting my nails done, and I get it, nails chip with a regular manicure. HOWEVER when I pay to get a full set of acrylics and gel polish, I do expect that they don’t chip. In the 6 years I’ve been getting them done at another place, I have never had that happen before. 1 week after getting them done here, the acrylic breaks and causes the polish to peel, now we’re at 2 weeks later and all of my nails have polish chipping/peeling off and they look like absolute trash. The quality here deserves 1 star but the prices are why I left it at 2.
