I haven’t been in VIP for at least a year and it is safe to say that I was highly disappointed with my services today. This salon used to be my absolute favorite and it is sad to see the decline in customer service over the years. There was a little bit of a wait for someone to start doing my pedicure which was expected and perfectly fine but when the tech finally got there she seemed to be in a huge rush. She quickly sat her things down and tried to offer more expensive services than the ones I had selected. After finally agreeing to do regular polish on my toes and gel on my fingers, she rushed through my pedicure and checked her phone multiple times throughout the service. I was trying to be understanding because I often have to check my phone while I am working for family related issues but I happened to catch a glimpse of her screen and she was scrolling through Facebook in between painting my toes nails. She also cut one of my toes causing it to bleed during the process which I wasn’t too concerned about it until I got home and realized it was still bleeding. The same tech who did my toes also did my gel manicure. She very quickly filed my nails down and painted them and I just felt very rushed. Both of the services I received today maybe took 45 minutes combined to complete and my total came out to $71. That seemed like a fair price to me as I have for sure paid more for nail services in the past…until I got home and my gel polish was already lifting off of my nails and my toe was still bleeding. All of this to say that I will not be returning to VIP again.
I was charged $72 and my nails started lifting a week and a half later. I went back to have them fix the ones that were coming up the manager gave me a hard time and yelled at me in front of my 10-year-old child. He told me he was only fixing three of them I will never be back!!! Rudest people I have ever met! They will never get any more of my money should have read the reviews before I went
I actually have been coming for over 18 years. I love the decor and how they enlarged the nail salon. I came in today and had a girl that could have cared less on doing my pedicure. Never offered something to drink. First she cut me and never said anything. Had to two times put the gauze and solution to get the bleeding to stop. Picked a $40 treatment with mint. That was one of four options. She didn’t do the treatment that I actually asked for. Also the hot wax on my foot was left on a total of 5-6 minutes. Never had that happened. Also helped me pick out a beige color because I picked out a color to light. Worst nail polish application ever.
I did tip her but not as much as I usually do.

Completely messed up my nails last time I was here but decided to give them one more chance because I understand it depends on the nail tech you get but I’m APPALLED! I walked out of the salon and after a while I was wondering why my toes were hurting so bad… I take a closer look bc at the time I did not have my glasses & this lady Not only cut me once but she cut me THREE times! I will never go back here again. This is ridiculous and unsanitary. How hard she had to be filing to cut my skin like that…. She didn’t even let me know she cut me either.
Horrible! Didn't last 5 days! Embarrassing! Even my boyfriend, who admits to not paying much attention to things like this, eyelashes, having my nails done, etc. asked me how long had it been since having them done!
I got a "hot oil pedicure", the water was cool and the oil bags felt like room temperature as well. She also asked if I wanted a design on my nail and I said sure, it was not cute at all. Then for my manicure I got the dip powder but they didn't do nearly enough coats. It was very splotchy and see through. The salon was clean and the women were friendly. I think they are just in such a hurry since they do such a high volume of customers.

I asked to have the overlay done on my nails but instead I got dip powder and acrylic powder put on. I was asking questions because I know my job is rough on my nails and when I pay a lot of money for something I want it right. He claimed that my nails was going to be ok and it wasn’t going to chip, break, and no polish was going peel. Yep it did peel. When I went back I wanted the whole thing taken off but he claim it was the gel polish. After arguing them down I only got my one nail done. I will never go back to VIP again. I’ve been coming for years but they just lost another customer.
