More like RIP nails. Everything is extremely overpriced with rude customer service just to find my nails broken within a week of getting them done here. I’ve been going to many nail shops for years and this was the worst. I never ever broken a nail in my life, but never say never, right? I went back and asked to fix the broken nail and they offered a price of $5 for their mistake.
Always art at its highest quality Great customer service highly recommended I give them a 100 ???? rating but it only allows 5
I usually go to swan’s nails but they were closed and decided I’ll give VIP nails another shot because last time I went in 2016 they were so rude. Anyway, my gel set peeled off randomly.. I was literally typing on my laptop when I noticed it. IT HASNT EVEN BEEN 24 HOURS. I Went to wash my hands and 2 more nails peeled. No it wasn’t the soap bc I used it earlier with the set on. I’ll never go back & would rather be patient next time. hopefully tomorrow when I go back they can fix it!!!! If not, we’ll see.

I've been to this nail shop twice and both times was horrible. I only got my feet done from them both times. My six year old could have done a better job. The lady didn't even shape my toe nails. I guess she was in a rush to do nothing. When she got done she had nobody else to service. I will not be returning back i don't care if my regular shop close. I'll wait then waste money with them
