Went here to get my nails done today and spent WAY too much time there. I was there to get acrylic dip nails done in an ombré style and he had to remove the design and redo it roughly 6 times. He ended up just painting black nail polish over his failed attempts causing them to be chunky and really heavy. Pretty sure my cuticles and the sides of my nails are severely damaged. Finished product looked worse than something I could have done personally. He even left paint all over my skin. Looks absolutely terrible. I have to go get them removed tomorrow.
Very welcoming and clean. He did a very good job and he did it just like the picture I showed him. I’m very happy with how they turned out. I definitely recommend coming her. I don’t regret any of it.
This is my favorite nail and toe spa. My pink and white fill is usually $35.
I have visited this nail salon several times and they do a great job and are open on Sunday. I was very pleased with my manicure and pedicure. Before my pedi, my toe nails were not in good shape. The left toe nail (on my big toe) was broken in the middle and the nail tech did an amazing job fixing it. The cost for both mani and pedi was $95 for a full set of acrylic french tip nails with pink and white powder and clear shellac polish on my hands, and french tips with shellac polish on my feet. I highly recommend if you're in the Estero area!
WENT IN FOR GLITTER TIPS AND MY NAILS ARE LITERALLY ALL UNEVEN SHAPE AND COLOR !!!! Complete disappointment. When I tried to tell her if she could fix them she BLAMED ME, and said I should have said something sooner as if I could see the finish product while she was doing it. VERY RUDE STAFF. I asked for a refund they told me they don’t do that there which is illegal. Under law a refund it do able within a time limit. Mine happened to be directly after. Waste of money and horrible talent. PLEASE DONT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!
Took my daughter to get her nails filled and the nail technician wreck her nails completely. Now 4 nails now have fungus (2 weeks later) flakes of her nails are missing, the place had bugs roaming wound the floor, very dirty place. I am so upset with how bad of a job this place did. I should have known better when I saw their was no other customers there when we were there. Staff doesn't interact with customers they watch their cell phones the whole time. Don't go here!
The quality of the gel nail is great my set looks beautiful. However, I did not care for the bowl of cold water during the manicure. I prefer the warm water. I also asked for my daughter to have a manicure and the person only painted her nails. Granted I was not charged full price, I still would of enjoyed if she got a proper manicure with the water, hand rub etc before the polish. The price was reasonable and it's in a convinient area.
I was so in love with the work they did, I tipped the guy 20 dollars and left in a daze. Gwen took extra time to hand draw a butterfly on my ring finger because I didn’t like the sticker he picked out, and he took good care in making sure my nails looked perfect in the end. They have great service; were very friendly and let me use their wall outlet which most places won’t do. Think twice before choosing another place to get a set done. Well worth the price xx
