I have came to this spot a few times and was satisfied, however my most recent visit I’ve had was a less than satisfactory experience. I understand I came a little later than anticipated and had them work probably an hour after hours.. I had requested a silver chrome nail design w French dip and showed a reference pic. However when I requested chrome in silver they said okay, but ended up not having silver in chrome, I don’t appreciate the miscommunication of letting me know they didn’t have that.I also requested a simple tapered square shape and there was no effort in quality with my shape. I also understood the design with my nail was complicated so I asked for a simple stripe-ish design. I was too discouraged by the way she was receiving the feedback already to mention I wasn’t happy w the shape. I am satisfied w the stripe design at least. However I don’t appreciate the lack of quality for the amount I have paid. The set would’ve looked better had the shape of my nails not have been so thick and not tapered. Normally I don’t do bad reviews but also a clear attitude was shown during my service. Although I appreciate her doing my nails to the best of her efforts I still feel like it was rushed during the shaping of the taper of my nail. I usually get my nails done w the owner and love her work, though this time it was someone different.
Hands down always the best gel polish I get done. It lasts 2-3 weeks with no cracks or chips!
I went in as a walk in on Monday and they were full so I reluctantly went down the road.. I got a good pedicure but my gel nails started to crack and chip and break my real nails within 2 days.
Today I went back to VIP nails and was told they used regular polish and then just a gel clear coat and that’s what caused that cracking.
Will be making an appointment so I can always get in! Love them and they are always very kind and nice !!
Not an LGBTQ friendly place. Said I wanted to make a apointment for two people. Instantly was asked if it was for a man or a woman. When I told them two people, they would not accept that answer and told me they actually have no bookings available now. If you are trans or non-binary, not really the kind of place for you!

Being from California & new to the Las Vegas area, I was nervous about finding a new nail salon. This place is pretty decent, but I only prefer Jack on my nails. He is the best one there. I tried another nail tech and the gel on my nails chipped within a week. Reasonably priced and good service.
From the second I walked in until the last service was done an hour and a half later- "Trinity," did an outstanding job with my manicure, pedicure, & eyebrow waxing services. I had my first Dip Powder for my pedicure. I encourage this for anyone that often have nail breakage. And, the nail color lasts longer than regular one. The entire salon is exceptionally clean & with a good visual of all their products. On top of my being very satisfied with the services, I got 20% off my bill, paying a total of bout $85. This salon will be my go-to when making it a day doing me! A great first visit that I'm so glad a relative referred! I'm a happy camper. Thank you VIP Nails for the awesome experience!! :)
Appointment only, they asked me to come back in an hour when they were free and got me taken care of. Just had a fill with Jack, he did exactly what I asked for (thinner acrylic) and came out perfect, will be back.
Great customer service , but as for the nails and actual outcome with the nails ...not pleased at all . Nathan (Nhan) was very nice , gentle and took his tomtime which I appreciate..but ..just take alo for yourself lol (Its supposed to be the letter a btw)
