I’ve been here a few times and was pleased with previous experience which is the reason I returned. However I recently went and I must say I was completely and utterly dissatisfied with the service. These businesses like to take your money but don’t take PRIDE in their work. Let the photos speak for themselves. This is a gel manicure and regular polish on my toes. Serviced by 2 different people and BOTH did a horrible job!
I am absolutely in love with this shop. My nail technician is Mai. She is super friendly and takes her time to be certain that her customer needs are met and best accurate so they happy before leaving her chair and the shop. I have been coming here for roughly 4 month now, I followed Mai from another shop and she has been my nail tech for going on 7 years now. I strongly suggest her. She does amazing nail art (custom nail art if you have the time and patience), and she does not rush so the detail is just as you'd imagine it would be. We've done everything from Harry Potter, to Christmas lights, skittle colored nails, animals, and whatever else you can imagine. I recommend her, and even the others in the shop here. Everyone is very friendly here and I feel relaxed. I can't wait for my next appointment. (current design in photo, I call it my "What does the fox say" LOL)
Kee was my nail technician. It was clear he was very skilled and he tried very hard to keep me satisfied. It was pricey but worth it. Great service. Nice staff, clean and professional.
By far one of the worst experiences that have happened to me at a nail salon. I called around 7pm asking if they would take my cousin and I last minute because we had something come up. They said yes that was fine. So I went over there and the people at first seemed nice. I told them what I wanted. I would also like to add I have been to 4 different nails salons and I have gotten this same acrylic design done multiple times. It is just a go to design for me. I have never paid more than $55. They charged me $70 for this design and it wasn’t even the best quality. The paint is already chipping and it’s never chipped off that fast. My cousin didn’t even get a color on her nails and they charged her $60 for a basic base pink color powder! Absolutely ridiculous. Plus, one of her nails already broke. The man the entire time kept telling me to relax and i’ve never had a problem with “resting my fingers.” Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

They have unqualified people who are interning and playing on your face but have no experience yet they are still charging full price. This person was inexperienced and had no clue what she was doing. They stated the person who normally does it was there and when I got there she wasn’t so they told another person to come help. It took two people to do this and then when the actual person got there she allowed her to finish verses taking over. Afterwards I said it was ugly and I did not like them. I will not let anyone “fix” aka okay over my face to fix it. Yet they charged full price and I left. Very disgusting.
I’ve been going to this salon regularly since November and can’t recommend it enough. David does fantastic work! They have a wide selection of colors to choose from. Friendly staff, good music and plenty of parking. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone seeking a great experience. All photos are SNS colors, coffin shape by David.
I have never been more disappointed in the service this place provides. They will tell you 1 hr wait then 3 hours later a few more minutes. They will cut you and say it’s your fault. Terrible customer service! I would advise you find a different nail salon.
