Not the best cafe I've been too, but it was quick and clean. Parking is at the rear in a pay and display car park, so very handy and close. Average prices for a workman type cafe. Good place to meet up and watch the world go by.

Hadn’t been in the Village cafe for about 15 years. It hasn’t changed one bit. It’s still serving amazing food at very reasonable prices. The same couple are still running it, they are really nice people. Would highly recommend.

I've been coming here for 15 years, for a very good reason. The family is lovely, the food is good, and there's plenty of it.

Just avoid school lunchtime, though, can get a little crowded. Which again tells you something
