Received the most beautiful, precisely done set of nails I have ever had done at Victoria nails! Hani was amazing!! Very professional. Staff was helpful, and friendly as well. Will most definitely be using this nail salon from now on. A really good experience all together. Thank you, Victoria nails!
Easily the best place in Walton County; just wish I'd found it sooner! Laura is an artist, and she made me feel like an old friend. Only place in Monroe and Loganville that I would recommend to a friend. I have had many bad experiences at other nail salons with misunderstanding what I wanted, painful rotary filing, and feeling uncomfortable/unappreciated by side conversations and giggling between techs. This is definitely my new go-to.
Will not be returning. First time I went I was pleased. However second time I had an older lady and she messed up my fingers. They let my hands soak in cuticle remover and my fingers started peeling. Also the gel polish was on my nail beds making it look sloppy and unprofessional. Lady was nice but her work was sloppy. I could have done a better job.
The nail salon women were rude pressuring me to choose a certain nail polish when I wanted time to pick mine out. I felt rushed like they were just trying to get me out.
Will not be returning.
They only had two nail technicians. We scheduled our appointment for 1:30. Didn't get our pedicures started until after 2:15. We sat soaking in the water for 45 minutes.. Then after paying for a 40 dollar pedi, got our legs rubbed for LESS than 2 minutes. Also was charged 55 dollars and no one could explain why. DO NOT RECCOMEND
Laura is fantastic. My friend had used this salon once before and recommended it to me. 10/10 would go again. Staff is pleasant. Definitely looks like a small, local owned shop but the techs take their time and quality is assured. I will recommended to everybody.
Almost like NY. I am from NY and no where I went is close to how I got my nails. This place is the closest. Yes, they do rush sometimes. They also do a clean job. My only complaint is that when they polish they don't really gets the ends. First time I polished my fingers and at the end it looked like it was already a few days in. Nevertheless, they do a good job cleaning, the place is clean as well as the bathroom too for my little daughter.
I really love this place. They greet customers by their name. Lee is my favorite nail tech. He always make sure I leave with a smile. The ladies Laura and Nina does a really good job on my feet. They make me feel at home there. I highly recommend you visit Victorias Nails.
Please save yourself time and money and go ANYWHERE but here. Got eyelash extensions and they came halfway off in ONE day. And were poorly applied. Went back the next day to get them removed, and they had no eyelash solution to remove them. And everyone here was rude as hell. Told me to come back in a few days. They couldn't be bothered with my crooked, ugly eyelashes they charged me $30 for. And their establishment is filthy and disgusting. I will never go back here.
