Love getting my nails done at Victoria Nails - Hampton Cove. They do amazing work! I’m not great at doing mail photos, but I absolutely love my blue with sparkly tips. I squealed like a little girl once these were done. Love love love them!!!❤️❤️❤️
Was visiting from out of town (MS) and was in desperate need of a fill in. Lisa OMG did an awesome job on my nails and eyebrows. She was very patient and dedicated to her job. She didn’t rush even though I had come in at 530 and the business closes at 730. She still took her time and my nails came out fabulous. I also got her to wax eyebrows and they were amazing as well CUDO’S to Lisa. I will be returning when I’m in town.
Really disappointed in my treatment after 3&1/2 years of loyalty. I started getting my nails done consistently (every 2 weeks) the beginning of 2019. I had a couple of not great experiences but found that Bella provides outstanding service. She does a great job and is very friendly. The problem is she doesn’t answer the phone and others are not nice at all. Today I called like I do every other Sunday to make an appointment with Bella. I’ve been making an appointment since they opened after the COVID shut down. The person that always answers the phone refused to make an appointment stating they were too busy that I should just come in. I explained I am one of Bella’s regular clients and I always make an appointment. She refused to make an appointment not because they were booked but because she didn’t want to. Bella, I will miss you and hearing about your growing baby but I will be finding an establishment that values their customers.
We absolutely love the staff at the Victoria Nails in Hampton Cove. They are always so great to get us in without a wait because we are usually always walk ins. They do a great job!

The design I asked for turned out great, but the acrylics themselves were a little weirdly shaped. Walked in with no appointment and didn't have to wait more than a few minutes
I called and asked how much it would be to have a pink powder fill in...she said, $32. I said, ok, and with white painted on tips? She said, $45. I get here, tell him what I want. He says, ok. Sits me down and takes only one hands polish and stuff off to do my fill in...then proceeds to tell me it's going to be $43 JUST for the fill in then with the way I wanted my tips painted, it was going to be $15 more. Plus another color was going to be $10 more! I was like, why didn't you say that BEFORE you did ANYTHING to my nails!? That way, I could have left. Bc I would have!! Now I HAVE to do what you say or I leave here and my nails look BAD!
And can't go anywhere else til Thursday or Friday. Now I'm mad.
Then, he proceeds to fill in my PINK powder nails with the CLEAR powder. Wouldn't put pink. Said it wouldn't match. Said they don’t put it over your whole nail, just fill in a part and leave it. Wonderful! So why do I have to pay for a fill in the same price as the pink when you're just using clear!?
Plus, I just wanted my toe nails painted and it's $10. Which is fine. But when he painted my toenails. He messed two of them up and wanted to send me on my way…not cool. He JUST finished painting them! He put my flip flops on for me to go dry my toes…So for me to show him what I wanted, I couldn’t just take my flip flop off easily and show him…so I placed my foot in the stool and he rudely says, “don’t put foot in seat!” Then wipes it like I’m horrible! Really? Don’t mess peoples toes up and they won’t be putting their foot on your seats! Then, once he fixed it…I sat to dry…then guess what, he didn’t even put the topcoat back on those two nails!!!!!! (both big toes btw, blatantly obvious). So they looked terrible. Hasn’t apologized once for ANYTHING. I’m currently sitting and drying my toes AGAIN…and writing this review!
The ONLY reason I gave two stars, is bc he filed my nails correctly. (That’s rare!)
I will NEVER COME BACK HERE!!!
