First and last time I order from them.

Ordered food to be delivered. Order put through at 17:20. Still hadn't arrived by 19:00. An hour after we ordered they rang us and told us they didn't have any burgers and I'd have to have fish instead. Then another 30 mins later they ring and tell us they have no bread buns. Basic items on the menu not available despite being available on the app. We waited 2 hours+ for food. Not up to scratch. Clearly unable to handle a simple order and get it out promptly, basic items not available (how do they have no bread!?) Embarrassing. Countless better places to eat and order from in Northallerton.

When our food finally arrived 2 hours late,r it was just fine. Warm but not hot. They forgot one of our items and got two of the items incorrect. An absolute farce.

Asked for well done fish and chips , won’t be getting them again, soggy and half cooked ????????

Just had fish and chips from Victoria, had them from here before and were OK but this time shocking. Chips were cold and soggy, my daughter asked for a battered sausage and scraps and got neither, ended up with a plain sausage which was half of her little boys. Sat waiting and someone behind the counter was swearing like mad and then realised I was sat there but never apologised for using offensive language. Never going again.

The portions are just huge even the kids meals, prefect chips beautiful fish what more can i say.

I used to travel miles for this chip shop! It’s now a disaster! Way way way over cooked fish. I haven’t eaten all day but can’t eat this! Sorry I won’t EVER be back.

Just happened to drive through Northallerton tonight (06-10-21) after a week exploring Yorkshire Dales, looking for somewhere to grab a meal before driving through the night back to Portsmouth where I live and stumbled across this fish and chip shop

Crispy battered cod, proper chunky chips, portions was bigger then expected. Will return to this shop when next in the area

I have long since said we need a decent fish and chip shop that offers home delivery in Northallerton. I was very happy with my meal delivered on time and nice and hot by a very cheerful delivery guy. Bravo Vicki grill for stepping up and successfully I might add, thanks guys . I would recommend .....
