Lynn is really good and careful with your nails, she’s my favorite. Most of the time they do a satisfying job for your nails for the price point. On a busy day you might feel rushed but when it’s a weekday afternoon or something they’ll take more time with you.
I have gone to them for a pedicure and a nail dip on two separate occasions with a group of 3 and no appointment. They have been accommodating and nice. Looking forward to returning!
First bad experience, went to get my nails removed and technician just did what I could've done at home. She ripped them off. Went to the salon thinking they would soak them but ????.
Very nice experience. I went late at night (6:45) since they close at 8. I got a fill and design for an acrylic full set (completed at a different shop) and paid $35 which is very reasonable in my opinion. There were some minor things technique wise that bothered me but overall I loved the shop and can't wait to go again. Very wonderful shop and very nice people.
My nails have never looked worse. I asked for a dip manicure with an almond shape and walked out with thick acrylic nails shaped like triangles with gel. The person I told what I wanted apparently forgot when she told the person doing my nails?? And then it was my fault for not speaking up when I didn’t know what was going on and the miscommunication happened BETWEEN STAFF. And my one nail broke in half and this was “fixed” with glue which made it hurt so bad. When it was all said and done she said I could get them off but they would have to charge me for that, and the dip (and waste another 2 hours of my day). If anyone needs me tomorrow I’ll be at another salon getting this fixed. Attached are (embarrassing) photos of my nails and the photo that I showed them from the beginning
I would give a zero if I could. They are awful. The lady that did manicure and half my pedicure -Kim was so rough with my nails as if I wasn’t even a person. Cut my cuticles so low and haphazardly and to be honest, painfully. The polish was so uneven on my nails and when I asked her to take off all the polish hanging off my nails and on my skin she was so rude, and again, so rough. Same with my toes. If I am paying $92, I don’t think it’s too much to ask to do a decent job and treat me like a human. My preference was to go to Sukkys spa because she is amazing but she was booked up. I have been to Vi Nails before over a year ago and the service was mediocre as it was, it’s 10 times worse now.
While I was there, the lady next to me had to straight up leave because they left her hanging there 30min past her appointment time and served 3 more customers that came in after her before she finally decided to leave. When she kindly said something multiple times, they just ignored her so she left. At this rate I would rather have just gone on my trip with my raggedy nails than EVER GO BACK TO THAT PLACE. If you want good service to go sukkys spa, but whatever you do, don’t go to this god awful place!
HORRIBLE!!! Do not waste your money. Seriously, terrible massage and pedicure. But worse, my fingernails were totally misshaped, and then gel all over the cuticles and uneven. Awful. When I pointed it out all they did was cut, and cut my skin.
When I complained all they did was yell at each other and then said they’d give me $10 off…the total cost was nearly $100!
Place sucks paid 101$ to get my nails done and they are not even close to what I wanted. Extremely disappointed
