This is one of my favorite beauty supply stores to go to. It's nice to be treated like a valued customer when you shop. I have been going there for years now and the service has always been the same. I just hate they got rid of one of my favorite products lol, but that's the way business works but I'm still going there. That says a lot????

The younger guy was very nice. But they have a black man walking around and watching customers. I didn't like that at all. Plus it was hot in the store too. Prices were a little to high for me. I will stick to my lake worth beauty supply store. I Probably will not go there again.
I'm just upset that I couldn't return my purchased item due to the corona virus-19. Other than that situation; they are the hair experts and I love their hospitality and knowingness of the hair industry. "Keep Hair Alive"! Lol.

I love Vera's and they actually open at 8:30 am on week day's. I rated a 4 because the curly head older gentleman be try na over charge me never paying attention to prices. .
I love them. I've been shopping there since in was a teen doing hair in my house. I'm now a professional stylist. All my clients' have to do it mention my name to Jamal, he knows which hair I prefer.
Save yourself a trip to buy Hair clipper from the this store,the owner is selling refurbish air clipper.
They won't guarantee their product they also don't do exchange even if you don't use it.
