I visited this place twice with hope that the second time would be a better experience, but I was mistaken. The first time took 3 hours to do my acrylics. 3 hours that I did not have. I was moved around by 2 different nail techs. The second nail tech had to redo my entire set because of how badly the first nail tech had done. I got almond nails. Both visits the shape was bad. The acrylic was too thick & the nail shape didn't even look like an almond. It looked more like a fat oval. The second visit I asked the nail tech to please redo my shape as it was again- a fat oval instead of the almond shape. She looked at me with pure disgust & annoyance. She let out the biggest sigh to the point another lady who was getting her nails done noticed. How embarrassing & uncomfortable. Not to mention at the end of the visit I venomed my nail tech $10. As I was walking out of the salon she chased me down to make sure the tip had sent through. My acrylic began to lift after a 2 week fill.. getting stuck between my hair whenever I try washing it or brushing it. It is currently 10/14/22 & I went to happy nails instead to do dip powder. Happy nails even commented on the horrendous work this nail salon had done on me. If you are looking for good work & a peaceful atmosphere, DO NOT VISIT VARNISH NAIL SALON.

I live in RSM and I drive all the way down here to get my nails done because they just do them so well! I've tried other places but I love Varnish their nail game is just a whole other level! For context I typically do acrylics.

I wish I could write a better review for this beautiful salon but unfortunately they have struck out 3 times. I will start with the good, the décor and cleanliness is on point with lots of colors to choose from and it is local to my home.

Unfortunately the service does not match. I schedule appointments and always have to wait. Even though I have my own nails I like the spa experience so have the top of the line pedicure and a regular manicure and can never get the same nail tech. (They come and go quickly) I also always tip $10 to each tech, but this does not seem to help with the service. It seems I am always in the chair for 2 hours even if I ask for 2 techs, there are never enough techs to service hands and feet at the same time.

I took a client there for a Christmas treat. We had appointments for both of us for mani's and pedi's, We both waited 30 minutes for a chair. 2.5 hours later, I left with only a pedicure. My client had to wait for her mani. (Total time for her 3.5 hours)

Unfortunately, this was strike 3 and the last time they saw my face. I had been a loyal client since their opening. I have not been back in over a year. I took my loyal feet to another salon where I get treated much better. Service is key.

I love getting my nails done here! The salon it’s self feels so fancy. They have a gazillion colors and specially my favorite color dip! It last forever and doesn’t chip either. The owner and her daughter I believe are amazing nail artist. It’s must try!! ????????

I just walk in for the manicure, they are really nice and doing super nice jobs! I super like it under the sunshine. Amazing!
