Janet does an amazing job on nails but the last two times I tried to come in to get my eyebrows done , they always tell me it’s an hour wait when it literally only takes her 5 minutes to do them . The first time it was busy so I understood but the second time it wasn’t really anyone there and she said one person was there to get her lashes done but she was in the middle of getting a pedicure so I feel like she definitely could have went ahead and done my brows but I won’t be back bc I’m tired of driving 15 minutes out of my way just to not be serviced.

Love van nails they get me right everytime
Lucy does an excellent job.The problem is 1) They don't take appointments. 2) They say they open at 9:30 but they may not show up or if they do show up it may be 10 :30 or later. This has happened to me on several occasions. I keep coming back because it is very convenient but I may have to rethink that decision.

I had to return because I wasn't satisfied with how my nails looked. I use to love going to Van's because I knew he would get it right.over the years I can see the quality of service has drop he rushed me out the chair and my nails looked horrible.
Usually I love it but not anymore... I've been coming to this shop since I was a little girl. From now on I will take my money where it's appreciated. I am DONE with this shop! I'm tired of feeling rushed and I'm tired of feeling like I did something wrong because I want it corrected. Owner was very RUDE and today was my LAST visit! I pay my money so I should be satisfied when I get up to leave. They don't ever have to worry about my business ever! Everyone else does excellent work but the owner has no damn manners.
Van did a Rush and horrible job on my nails and toes. Crazy part it was not crowded on two of us in there. I had to go somewhere else to get my nails fixed properly. I will never ever go back here. New customers you should do your best (quality work) so they can keep coming back. So disappointed.
