Kim whom I believe to be the owner operator did my fill this morning. She was less than pleasant. She was short tempered , rude and by far the worst fill I have ever had. Polish was gloppy. Nails were filled crooked. I never get regular polish I always get the Shellac. However I was so upset I wasn't going to send and extra dime . The price for a fill is $25.00. When I went to pay it was $ 30.00. I asked her why and she stated it was because she had to take my gel polish off!!!WHAT?? I do not recommend and will not be back. If I could leave a negative 5 stars I would! Shame on you KIM!
Rude, irresponsible worker, she didn't pay attention to what i wanted or what she was doing. If i could pick no stars I would!!
Came in and they were quick to get the pedi set up. Asked me to pic a color.i picked a color. Icouldnt see the color in the gel bottle and he picked a beige i thought for bottom coat bc the color i picked was super light. Well nope. He just picked his own color. Didnt even match. And the gel color ended up not even being the color i picked out either. He never once asked if it was okay. He just did it. And charged me for gel for both and my pedicure wasnt even gel. I didnt say a word. I have had 3 bad experiences here. From having uneven acrylics to having a dip set done that looked so bad it looked like a 5 year old had attempted it. and i made sure she didnt do my nails this time. The other nail salon rarely has walkins. I decided to give VI another shot. Nope. Never again.
Did not feel valued as their customer. My dip chipped after 2 weeks. My daughters dip chipped in 2 days.
Made my hands bleed. Workers are rude. I asked for a simple one color acrylic set and they’re poorly done and some of the nails are crooked.
Place looked nice but the guy who helped me looked and acted like he hated everything. Messy polish job and not worth the $40 pedicure. When he was clipping and working on the cuticles it was so painful I had to ask him to stop. My mom enjoyed hers from a different worker but it still wasn’t worth the money paid.
I walked in they were busy which is fine, so I signed in, picked my color and sat down to wait. At this time nobody had said anything to me which like I said they were busy no big deal. So, there was one person in front of me waiting, then there was myself and two more people had walked in. About 30 minutes later they called the woman in front of me back to get started, then the first woman after me was called back while I still wasn't addressed. I continued to sit, wait and watch to see what and who would be called next thinking maybe that woman had a specific appointment or something. Trying to come up with reasons why I would be treated this way in this establishment. Then, they asked the second woman who came in AFTER me what she was needing. By this time I had been in this business for 40 minutes, not acknowledged, and completely skipped! Only once I stood up and gave her a look of disgust and to put my polish away was I acknowledged and asked what I needed. I preceded to ignore her, just as I was ignored. I figured my outburst and my story would be better and get word faster by putting it online rather than making a scene in the business. I will NEVER darken the door step to that business ever again and I will tell anyone and everyone exactly how RUDE they are!!!! It will be my mission that they will no longer succeed in this town, because they don't deserve it.
Very welcoming place! I've never had a problem with VI and I've been going on and off for about 4 years now. The only thing I would say is definitely schedule. I have waited with my sister for over an hour before, but that was around Prom time. My nails always come out looking great!
