Got my eyebrows waxed & woke up the next day with a burn under my brow!! They was not remorseful at all! They just want your money!

They definitely try there hardest to make your design dream a reality. Wish it was a little more organized was a little chaotic when I first got there and it took like 20 mins just to get things moving.. but in there defense I was on a time crunch. Nails came out beautiful

Gave this place three stars because they are one of the least expensive nails salons in Waldorf which is great. However, Sam/Sang the male nail tech has horrible customer service. He's very smart out the mouth and rude at times. Additionally, his work is sloppy and he can't do designs. I will continue to patronize this shop because the prices are low and the other nail techs are nice but I will not let Sam do my nails ever again.

Sam is a character....he jokes a lot and people do not know how to take his personality!!!! I have been going here since I was 16 years old....I will be 39 next month....that says a lot about my time and money that I have put into this place!!! Jenny is awesome too. I have never had a bad experience here. My nails always look great.

I went there on Wednesday to do eye brow and regular manicure. The manicure lasted less than 24 hours. I called to complain and the guy who answered asked me to go back and they will redo. When I showed up today, I explained him what happened and he told me that regular manicure does not last longer. I answered that it is not true. Also, I showed him how bad it was. He was rude, unprofessional and asked me to pick a color. I thank him and left. This is not a good nail shop and the service is terrible. I will not waste my money and time there anymore!

I've been here twice each time I was disappointed. My first time here the old guy with the laptop did my nails. He put way too much acrylic on and my nails were very thick like bear claw nails . He got mad when I asked him to thin them out for a more natural look. He was playing a game on his phone the entire time he did my nails. This second time I came for just a pedicure and the young guy with the blonde hair did my pedi Paige I think he told me was his name. It was a Friday morning not busy at all and he is rushing on my pedi. I didn't complain be cause he was doing an ok job. But, when it came to the most important part ( the massage) he rushed and I asked his to do a little longer he said no he already did it. I knew he was going to slight me because he only put a little bit of lotion on my legs. And! He didn't care! If you come to this shop please request Fiona for the pedi and Daniel for your nails.

I went there for 3 years. Drove out of my way to get there so Tim could do my nails. Never again! I was told you can't make appointments 3 years ago and that's fine, but I refuse to go after someone that gets there after me! She tried to do me like that twice! The 2nd time I washed my hands with them! They don't care bc they get a lot of business, but if you value your dignity don't even start going there!

I went over a week ago. It was my first time a friend introduced me. I was sat a while waiting before anyone called me back they were all sat around talking! I had a pedicure and the towels were totally disgusting like they hadn't been washed at all but apart from that I was happy with the color and design. For a couple of days my toe has been hurting but didn't think anything of it until today I looked and it's swollen, really red and puss coming out!! It's infected!! This is totally disgusting and I will be reporting them!! I also have pictures but it will not let me upload on here ????????????
