I would not choose to get my nails done any where else. These ladies go above and beyond. They take the time to get to know you. I booked my bridal party to get their nails done and they were on time respectful and made everyone feel at home.
So happy to get in graduation weekend! Friday the 13th turned out good for me. Great staff and excellent work! I’ve found my new new salon. Thanks for beautiful nails Kim.
The atmosphere was amazing. There was good conversation and they fixed my nails from the previous place I went to. Will definitely be back.
They are very friendly, the nails are done with perfection,I go for waxing, the lady does a awesome job. I love this place!!
The owner seemed worn out and in a hurry even though I had made an appointment. She didn't put an apex on my nails and ground them down so much that they hurt. My nails were all different lengths and crooked. I went somewhere else to have them fixed and they said my nails were mangled. They should probably hire more workers so they can stop hating their job. She was sarcastic and made jokes to another customer at my expense saying I was copying the other customer's nail style.
So I highly do not recommend this place if you are looking for a good job and know good work as far as nails and toes. I recently moved here from Texas and came here because I badly needed a refill. Ugh...I should have just seriously flew back to Houston to see my nail technician. The work I received was sub par if that. Two technicians in this nail shop, they were not friendly to me a first time guest, and the work was rushed. Definitely not worth the $42 I was charged. I had to keep asking her to make my nails very square, the pink powder is a slight lavender. Just horrible. I do not recommend this place at all.
I love coming here! The employees are such nice caring people that never fail to make me feel welcomed! Every time I come in they get me started right away and out super quickly while still making my nails look better than I had hoped for!
A friend and I called a day ahead and made a reservation in which they confirmed the time and date. However when we showed up for our time slot we find out that the lady never even wrote our reservation down and booked it for another person and her only solution was to come back in two hours as a walk in (we leave for a trip and it’s the only time we were available). She was quite rude about it and looked at us like we were lying about making the reservation even though she was the one on the phone that made it! She didn’t even apologize until after we had to ASK for an apology! She has lost our business forever and we will gladly spread the word so she loses the business of all our friends as well for being a disrespectful and unprofessional nail salon!
