Clean professional with friendly service. Given a bottle of cold water while relaxing thru feet massage that is given for a long time after your feet are turned baby smooth with my favorite clear polish. Relaxed during my full set put on and new years color put on. They are fast yet so relaxing with your nails. You need to call and book an appointment because they fill up fast, so one person walk in is worked in if they can, but two people walk in, which is impossible.
I’ve been going to Taylor for about a year now @ USA Nails. She is the best! I can walk in and ask for any design and she is able to do it and I always love them. She is busy so not currently accepting walks ins but you can always schedule an appointment and get in within the next couple days. Highly recommend, best place in Greenfield!
Taylor seriously kills it every time! she is so sweet and genuinely cares that i love my nails. the first picture is what i asked for and the second picture is what she did!! she did amazing
Went to get my nails and a pedicure done. Very poor job. One of the nails in my thumb has a big space opened underneeth, she hurt my fingers and skin. The pedicura was very lacky. And even the gel that supposidly was going to last 3 or 4 weeks started peeling after a week. Everything was done so fast
I have been coming to USA Nails for about 8 months. I love Taylor and the way she does my nails. This was the first time I had nail art done. She is amazing at it! I won’t go anywhere but here to get my nails done! I always leave with a smile on my face!!????
I absolutely love this salon. I’ve been going to USA nails shortly after they opened. I’ve gone to multiple salons within greenfield and have never gotten the service that I have gotten here. I love Taylor and her mom, they are amazing and caring.
Sept 1st was the first & last time here, the
pictures should explain why. Sept 8th Only 1 week later after getting set of nails the middle left hand nail had completely separated from my natural nail & was snagging in my hair (It was a gentleman who applied my nails, no name given)
I asked for the coffin shape, black w/ gold Line (the dust they suggested) & the accent color I picked was more of a Coral color to match my birthday dress the next day but once again they suggested something different w/ more of a pink tint. I didn't have an appointment which is frowned upon there & I paid w/ debit which per sign(S) in shop they prefer cash. I paid $50 w/ a $5 tip
Unfriendly, unwelcoming, & they don't do as asked of but what they prefer, so thanks but no thanks I'll go where I get what I ask for and where it's done with Pride & most importantly done correctly with out any bumps, glue clumps or unevenness.
Amazing customer service, Taylor did my nails and she was very precise and took her time. I’m very impressed and recommend USA nails to anyone looking for quality care! I will be coming back next time
