I waited about half an hour to get my nails done, which wasn’t too bad considering they seemed busy. Very friendly employees, and I enjoyed the conversation I had while getting my nails done, but the quality was just very poor. I walked out with four or five cuts near my cuticles from where they nicked me with the nail drill. On top of that, the very next day the matte top coat on my nails started to peel off. As I’m leaving this review, I now have 8/10 nails that have peeled. Clearly the layers of polish under the top coat were still wet when they applied the matte finish. Not just that, the heat machine they used to dry the gel polish burned my pointer finger and I left with a mark from that as well. I paid $80 for a $50 service because I was thankful they could get me in before close, but at this point I’m regretting leaving that extra $30.

Edit: I cannot come back to get them fixed, as I live out of town.

I love this nail salon I’ve been going for a few months now. Every set I’ve had done of the gel polish has been prettier than the last. They always get me in fast and they are very friendly. I definitely recommend and will continue to exclusively get me nails done here =]

I don’t get my nails done often, and I’ve gone to U.S.A. nails in the past and had great experiences. Today not so much, I got a full set and everything seemed great at first, until more business was coming in…I felt like I was then being rushed which resulted in a bad paint job, I had air pockets in the polish, and some corners were messed up…I had requested to just remove the polish and just do tips with the color, but the person who took care of me just used remover to touch up the air pockets and the corners and just said I didn’t try my nails long enough…I was extremely saddened that I was rushed due to customers coming in…I won’t be returning.

Went in for acrylic nail removal - the business was short staffed, but rather than turning clientele away continued to accept every walk in. Was left to soak in acetone for 40 minutes and had to ask to be attended to because my skin became irritated. This is the finished product of what I was charged for. Would not recommend.

I come to this nail salon every other week to have a gel manicure & have had excellent manicures & exceptional service everytime I come in. The owners are kind and talented & I recommend them to anyone looking for a good manicure in Hamburg! I’d give more stars if I could!

They gave me the best nails I could ask for for my graduation. I came in with pictures and they made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I happen to have a broken finger that can’t straighten and have had nail techs be rough but they were so gentle! She took her time and was thorough. They were able to give me an appointment day of even when they were booked. It was super affordable too! They are super up to date with the latest nail styles such as butterfly glitter, rhinestones, 3D flower nail art, Louis Vuitton stickers, dip nails and so much more. Highly recommend ❤️

Second time here . And super happy with my nails . Got compliments with my first tips gel I got from here and they lasted 2 weeks , and I did a lot of hands on activities . So that’s a plus. Their prices are also pretty cheap . Can’t go wrong , plus they are super friendly and take care of you quickly. The first time I went here I was in a rush , I had one girl doing my pedi while another doing my mani tips at the same time.
