I went in for a fill and they absolutely butchered my nails! I had to ask another nail tech to correct them after the first guy had no clue what he was doing. The second one did a little better but the overall job was soppy. Before they even polished it, they left some of the old color on and it got trapped between the old acrylic and the new acrylic. What did it for me was the fact that they still had the audacity to charge me and damn near argued with me when I said I didn’t like it. I do NOT recommend!!! Even my 12yr old said they look like a child did them.

Customer service is horrible. Inexperienced staff I stayed here for over 2 hours getting a pedicure I was the last one to leave owner did not try to rectify the issue I paid for deluxe pedicure received spa pedicure services toes was not polished properly and owner did not try to fix

So I didn't listen to the reviews because I wanted to see for myself....Stupid I know.....this has to be the worst service ever, and my feet can be pretty bad so I don't complain. I'm sorry but the lady didn't even try to do them right, this is what they look like after she was done. She said my feet were dry and didn't have dead skin, barely did my toes, and cut my nails too short. Please if you read this listen to the reviews and save $20. It's not worth it.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE !!!! nails popped off 2 days after being serviced. Was serviced by Jimmy , he rushed and wasn’t clean with my nails at all. Save your time and money. DONT RECOMMEND!!

I went there for a gel fill and there wasn’t anyone in the shop but I still had to wait for 20 mins. Ended up doing my nails so badly, the next day my polish came off, 2 of my nails broke off and they wouldn’t fix my nails knowing it was there fault. Please DO NOT COME HERE!!!

I always have a good experience when I get to get service here. Always friendly, and pleasant experience. I drive a truck and don't live here, so always a treat 1-3 times a year.
