This was such a terrible experience. The pedicure took only 15 minutes which was unusually quick, but the man made me so uncomfortable during the manicure. He filed my nails and buffed the top, then began painting without cleaning them. I quickly noticed there was lots of visible debris (raised spots, random spots showing through the polish) and asked him if we could get those out. He said it was my nails. I apologized and said I am sure it’s debris stuck on my nails, not my nails. He raised his voice and then went on to say he’s doing his best and if I was there to get a free manicure then fine, I wouldn’t have to pay. I assured him I wanted to pay and that was not what was going on, but he refused to fix them or take the polish off when I asked because I just wanted to get out of there after he got mad at me and wouldn’t fix anything. He told me it was my fault I picked a bad color and just kept going. I attached example pictures but I have an open cut, random bubbles, bumps, a random sparkle and ragged edges that need to be refiled. It was dirty to boot- there were clipped nails on the table from someone previous. I’ve never ever had a nail experience this - please use caution with going here!

Good service, good nails, reasonable price

Excellent job! I've been looking for a new nail salon, and just tried US Nails in Warsaw, IN+ for the first time yesterday.

This is my new favorite salon! It is a full-service salon. Appointments and walk-ins are welcome.

I got a full set of gel nails. My neighbor has also been there now, and she loved her pedicure. She will be going back to US Nails too!

When people say that the man who works here is rude, made them feel uncomfortable, said that they have “ugly nails” or that his poor job is because “you chose an ugly color,” it is absolutely true. The same thing happened to me. He did such a visibly poor job on my nails that I asked him to fix them. When I did that, he very roughly took the color off my nails, threw the other samples at me and told me me it looked bad because I chose an ugly color and that I asked for my nails to be too short. He, in front of another customer, yelled that he couldn’t spend all day on me and that it wasn’t his fault. I really hope others read this and take their business elsewhere.

My husband, mother-in-law, sister-in-law and I all came her for pedis for my sister’s 26 birthday. We had a great time! We were served right as we came in. The gentleman who serviced our feet was very knowledgeable, fun, tidy, and efficient. A flawless job well done!

The gentleman at US Nails did a phenomenal job and very affordable!! My nails are decorated for Valentines Day!

ETA: I just noticed there are just a couple of bad reviews, but it seems like those reviews have more to do with the reviewer than the work done by staff. Everyone is different, but I loved having a professional give me honest advice and chat with me during my service. This place doesn’t need the glitz and glamour that other places use to lure you in and over charge for lesser work. Highly recommend ????
