Finally used the gift certificate my boyfriend bought me for Christmas. What a treat! I feel like I owe him now.

The only negative thing I have to say relates to the front desk. The gals weren't very helpful and I was disappointed to hear I couldn't use the balance on my card as a tip. This rule is asinine! The card was purchased with cash and should be honored as such. I know this is a marketing scam to get people back. I was planning on returning regardless.

Brooklyn gave me the most wonderful 90 minute pedicure followed by an amazing 60 minute manicure. Talk about luxury. I almost fell asleep in the chair. It was the best aromatherapy I've had in years. Brooklyn is gentle and thorough and made me relaxed and grateful. She did a marvelous job. I will be back soon... with friends!

The receptionists were so nice in helping plan a spa day for my Mom, sister, and I. Very accommodating. The experience was amazing and we were truly pampered. I will highly recommend to anyone and will be coming back myself.

I had a wonderful experience here. I am an esthetician and spa owner in another state and it is a struggle to find quality in our industry. The spa was clean and the entire staff was friendly. The service (Vitamin c facial) was full of treats: hand mask with heat, scalp massage and lots of steam to soften and smooth my skin. My skin has looked so amazing since the facial. Thanks Ashley and staff for making my vacation even better.

Urban Escape is a relaxing, pampering, stress reducing spa - where I go as much as possible to decompress and feel pampered. The staff is welcoming, and clearly honor the comfort of all clients. I receive regular massages, and have also had facials and frequented the nail services. All of my experiences have been positive. I always feel better when I walk out than I did when I walked in! Wonderful!

I left 3 messages to schedule and never heard back. I finally got a hold of the front desk and scheduled my appt. I am sitting outside of their office for my appt right now and the lights are out/door is locked. No one is here. I'm furious. Worst customer service I have ever seen in this industry. Hoping they give me a refund. This place is ridiculous.

I've had two massages here so far and both have been the best I've ever had. John relieved stress in my lower back that I've had my whole life, and Jess fixed my super tight shoulder in one appointment (I've already scheduled another appointment with her!). I would highly recommend these two, and I'm sure the others are just as amazing!

Had an amazing experience for yet a second time. My husband procrastinated on a spa to set up a valentines massage. 1-2 days before, he called to set up and they, surprisingly, were able to accommodate us. Although we wanted to do the decadence duo, there was not enough time in the schedule, our 50 min massage was absolutely refreshing. I believe my therapist’s name was Matt. He could read my body and understood the pressure I needed to relax and also get those sore muscles from having a newborn and returning back to work. My husband also said his therapist was great. He has an injured foot and she was very gentle in that area but extremely firm where he needed it. The ambience is so nice and relaxing and we finished our massage with wine and chocolates and, course, WATER. Urban Escape really helped us new parents feel connected, relaxed, and present with each other. This was a wonderful Valentine’s Day and thank you to our therapists at Urban Escape.

Received a gift card to here and I am so glad I was introduced! I will be coming back to see Danielle again for a CBD massage. I was not a frequent massage goer but now I will be. She was so in tune with my body and listened to my needs. Beautiful space as well.
