owner was very kind and willing to help me he held my stuff while i shopped for more and made me feel no rush even though it was close to closing time.
They have a great deal on everything I love shopping there.
I gave the cashier $20 dollars . Waiting for my change and he gives me a dollar and nickels . I told him nawwww. I handed you a 20 . Now I had a nose ring mascara and lip gloss those three items are over $5 so if I didn't give him a 20 how did I pay for those items and receive a dollar and some nickels back I even tried to explain it to the other employee and they just refuse to give me my money back. Then I asked him to replay the tape so they can see that it was a $20 in my hand that I passed him at the counter he went through the tape and somehow he couldn't find where I was standing at at our particular moment. .. I will say the beauty supply store is in the projects surrounding area so they believed women that come in there can't count their change and are too loud and ignorant to realize that they're being robbed it has great items just horrible employment and rules of stealing .

When one gets old...a certain age, making mistakes are a kinda comic relief at ones own expence, of course. And they're gonna happen because after many years of living with drug pollution, its inevitable.
So as I take care of shopping obligations, I look over my receipts outside of the store to make sure the cash register hasn't made a mistake!
Today it did. Since the register doesn't understand English, I talked to the clerk at this store. I KNEW I WAS CHEATED OUT OF ABOUT 89 CENTS!!! So I fervently explained that to him!!
He calmly and coolly explained the addition. He was oh so polite! Of course I apologized and told him that I'd write a good review for his store because I owe him that!!!
The service is nice and I would recommend anyone there they are great people
It's a big hair store. They have hair in all price ranges. There's a very nice young Lady in back doing lashes and she's good and fast. The one down side was the rude man at the register this particular day. However he's not always the one working the register so don't let that stop you from going there
