Where I live It's really hard finding beauty supply stores that cater to EVERYONE. This beauty supply store seems to have EVERYTHING. My sister and I love it here, We will be back
Product variety is good but the customer experience has sadly and significantly declined. The tone of the staff has gotten short, rude and at times disrespectful. Even the owner doesn't seem to be as appreciative of customer experience. Steve unfortunately has become arrogant and dismissive to customers. When there is a lack of competition good customer experience often suffers.
Best beauty supply store. I always enjoy shopping at this store. Everyone is so kind and courteous and they're really good in helping me find what's best for my hair.
Has hair supplies I don't see in most beauty supply stores. Woman in the back by the hair was super helpful and friendly! Will definitely xw here again!
The store is always fresh and bright and clean. Also very well stocked with a large variety of hair, hair care and beauty products.
