After growing hair out from a pixie, got it to shoulder length with full fringe. Went in for trim showed pic of style i wanted but said still growing hair so a longer version of pic. Long but with fringe with side partkng instead of middle. Did not get what asked for have now a mulley which has been thinned out so much its laughable. Awful cut by sonia
I received a phone call on 19/10/17 to tell me there was an offer on my usual package. I got booked in for the 21/10/17. The girl, Amy, was fantastic. We had a good chat and I thought it was great. When paying for the service, I was told that I could book in again for a massage later that day, I booked in. I’m a heavy girl and felt so at ease when Amy did my massage. She was lovely and really professional. I’ve booked in for further treatments and look forward to seeing them all again! Thank you x
Brilliant salon and definitely worth 5stars. Have been using the beds for quite a while now and they are the best I've used. The decor is amazing and the salon is very clean. The staff are great and very helpful and always make you feel welcome.
The staff were fantastic, polite and helpful. Got acrylic nail extensions and the beautician was so great working with my tiny nail and they turned out perfect. Will definitely be back
Today(18th April 2018) I booked an appointment here to get my makeup done for a formal event.
Ellen, who was my makeup artist was amazing, I love the look that had at then end. It was also very easy and relaxing for me, which is not a common thing for me to experience, as as MTF trans woman Ellen made me feel very conformable and was very professional, even when my voice cracked at times.
All the staff at Urban Beauty are very welcoming and lovely, will definitely be calling again.
Felt so welcome by the nice girl on reception. Showed me where to go and offer me and my freind a drink while waiting. Hope I got it right but the two owners were friendly professional and answered any queries that I had. Will be recommending them to people without a doubt.
Can review this place no problem, have been using the sunbeds here now for some time and they are the best i have used to date. The place itself is very modern in a shabby chic fashion just love the decor and it is amazingly clean and hygienic! Richard and all his staff are very welcoming and courteous and always very presentable in their appearance such a nice place to come to and the massage rooms also very serene and relaxing , simply the best is my opinion....*****
As always Michela did my hair exactly as I wanted it, as usual she was very friendly and chatty.
As soon as I went in I was offered tea or coffee, the area was warm and comfortable and my coffee was good.
I found all the staff to be friendly and efficient.
