Without doubt the best fish & chips in Norwich and probably East Anglia. The quality of the fish, chicken and chips is consistently excellent. Been a customer for many years and always very friendly service with the best food.
Fish here is always cooked to order and consequently delicious and great batter texture. Very friendly service. Chips traditional British style. Choice sometimes limited but what's available is excellent.
It was our favourite place to get fish n chips and very friendly ,but now since they use unhealthy vegetable oil instead of beef dripping,we sadly can't go there anymore,it's very bad for thyroid and overall health these seed oils ,I'm really annoyed by the vegans who went there and insisted to have this unhealthy oil instead of healthy Animal fat
The man behind counter was polite, very chatty and nice, but he was very scruffy with torn clothes. The fish was made to order but was over cooked and not tasty.
