I have been to this location on and off for years. In the past I loved this place. Especially the hypoallergenic wax. However, my last visit was my last visit. I took my daughter for homecoming along with me I spent $195 for the 2 of us but my card was charged an additional $52 the next day. I first disputed my transaction with bank but these folks fought my dispute. I already ignore leaving with cuts from the rough service but to be stolen from is unacceptable. PAY in cash or stay away someone is a thief! Who knows what else is being done without being noticed or how many times this has been done without being noticed! Be aware!
I’ve been here a few times and received great services! My nails and feet and always done very neat and my polish last a long time! Services are incredible. Will be back soon ♥️

Do not go here I went here for a fill in on last Saturday by Tuesday my nail polish was melting off my nails so I went Wednesday at 6:30 they were closed yes closed sign says open until 8 ok went back Thursday the young lady in the front apologized and fixed my three melted nails this morning wouldn’t you know my thumb that was fixed last night polish has melted I mean no wonder they don’t have a lot of business they use cheap products!
I have been there 4 or 5 days ago and I was attend for a men. I was looking for a girl who always do my nails but unfortunately she was not there so this men told me that he was the master the boss and he does perfect so without hesitation I did my nails but omg the worse nail I had in my life all my nails are off now. He was not polite and he charge me $65 and all my nails are off
Moreover he is very unprofessional very bad attitude and not clean. Omg this is terrible
I've been coming to united nails for several years!! They're located right next to the old Safeway... my manicures, gel manicure or pedicure always on point one-the best in VA . Every 2 weeks im here like clock work! Thanks Guys for staying open during these times
