Our son had his first haircut today. Kevin did an amazing job with him and gave him a great cut. As you can see our son was very happy too! Everyone was very friendly, we were greeted when we entered, and our wait was minimal. We will definitely be back.
I unfortunately have to change my review to a negative one. My first experience was very good, so I obviously went back again. The second and third time around were the complete opposite. I guess I just got lucky the first time. On my second trip, I made an appointment with their cell phone app. When I arrived, I sat for well over an hour before someone finally asked what I was waiting for, like they had no idea why I was there. When I said I had an appointment, they were all shocked and said that none of them had checked the schedule. This whole time, other people were walking in off the street and sitting right down to get their hair cut. I figured they all had appointments as well, and the shop was just running behind, so I was more than a bit annoyed when I found this wasn't the case. I guess all of the employees just thought I was sitting there for the fun of it. Finally, they rushed me in with someone who was NOT who I had made an appointment with, and gave me a quick, mediocre at best, haircut before closing time. Finally, I decided to give them one last chance, and made sure to go during a slow time. Even then, the person before me took over a half an hour (when they were basically bald) because the group of "friends" talk about anything and everything rather than pay attention to cutting hair. Oh, and while I was waiting this time, one of the barbers was sitting on his phone, not doing anything. This time, I received the worst haircut that I think I've ever had, all while they were talking and teaching each other the method for cutting my hair, like they had never done it before. Then he charged me $5 more than what was listed on his price list, and said that he just hadn't gotten around to replacing the sign.
Great place with great barbers. They have a large staff so they take walk in and appointments. Uncle bumper sits in middle chair and acts like an air traffic controller directing customers and barbers to make sure all babers are cutting and customers do not sit around waiting long.
Ok place if you need a haircut but not my 1st choice. Didn't have that barbershop feel nor did I get the cut I ask for. Baby crying Barney (the purple dinosaur) on the stereo for the baby. I just didn't really enjoy the atmosphere or my cut lucky It got two stars. Barber didn't seem very skilled maybe fresh out of school.
We've taken our son to Louis several times and if we had been able to have him cut our almost 5 year olds hair again this would be a very different review. Louis was great and my son's hair cut was great. Unfortunately, the last few times he hasn't been there and each time his cut has gotten worse. Today www as the last straw. His birthday is coming up and his hair is a mess! Apparently, there is a new barber and someone had to attempt to fix the mess that was made. No such luck. We will not be back.
Warm welcome on our first visit. Bumpee was super awesome to chat with. Louis cut my sons hair and really took his time, considering all of the considerations I tossed his way. Super friendly and really enjoyed our time.

Lewis cut my hair and gave me my first ever fade, and I couldn't be more pleased. He was so precise and meticulous and his head shaving technique was amazing. I was visiting my family and live in a different state, but I wanted to take him home with me. Make an appointment because he is in demand.
I'm in the Cincinnati area for business. I was in desperate need of a haircut and Keith hooked me up last minute! Big shoutout to Keith for taking care of me and getting me looking fresh once again. Mid-low fade w/ line up is the best I've received in years!
