The only Beauty Supply store in the Troy area with the supplies for us Kings & Queens with natural hair. I must've tried 10 different stores before I found UN Beauty. Plus they are open on Sundays for us hardworking individuals with little time during the week.
Bath & body works at the Oakland Mall in Troy Michigan they have great sales went for the lotions usually $15.50 got them for $4.95
It's a small store, but they carry the basic beauty supplies. You should be able to get what you need and a good price.
This store REFUSES TO HONOR it's own policy. Wont give exchanges.. Even to items that haven't been worn. HORRIBLE. They lie about policy . Only concerned with money not the customers. NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN. THIEVES!!! REPORTING TO THE BBB!! I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.
This store is a joke and they are so sneaky. Don’t shop here it may say no refund on receipt but they don’t hand those out without requests and when you leaving the store their policy is only shown above the front doorknob very hard to read print and it has no real visible view their con artists tried to still keep my money even though they didn’t have a good stock
I've been shopping here for FOUR YEARS. today I returned a unit that I purchased, but NEVER WORE. When I opened it I realized it was too light, so I brought it back unused. The bill of sale says "returns accepted for amount of purchase". However they REFUSED to accept the unit. I WILL NEVER shop here again. They take our money, and our business, yet treat us disrespectfully..SHUT IT DOWN.
I've been coming to this store since they opened in madison heights down the street on john r been a rewards member as well with the same number. I've gotten about 8 of the $20 rewards. Tell them I didn't use the $20 i earned on it guy starts saying he remembers when I did I'm asking when keep in mind I haven't been to the store in over 3 months and the last time I was i had 19.70 30cents away from my $20. He catches an attitude and walks away because he says he isn't the only one that messes with the machine so it messes up and he can't do anything about it. The lady at the counter was nice and tried to fix it but he did nothing. Guy with the man bun. Go to the beauty supply store in the mall at least they are helpful.
The man and lady who were working were both very helpful and were also very nice & personable. I don't know much about extensions and the lady was very helpful and gave me a lot of info on "how to" and helped me pick out the right tools and products. Prices were fair- definitely cheaper than Sally's but average or slightly more than some other beauty supply stores I have been to depending on the product. The store is organized and clean. On my way out, I dropped my wallet & was about to drive away but the guy caught me in the parking lot and gave it back to me (thank you!). I'll be back for any of my beauty supply needs.
