Pros: quick and thorough service. Nice job on basic nail application.
Cons: get ready bc its a book......they did not speak to me, did not ask questions or even appear to understand mine. I would have gotten an upgraded service if I'd realized it was an option before my service was finished. Technician told me he could not do nail art, I was very confused but by then already had tips glued on. I asked if he could do a French with the tips in different colors and he said yes. Then when it came time to paint them, he said I could only do one color. By the I was totally disappointed and gave up hope for any thing i walked in asking for. I allowed him to finish and he did produce a passable basic white French set. One is crooked and the acrylic is...lumpy? They will do. But it's not what i wanted nor what i intended to get. And I guess the $100 I paid for a mani/pedi was not the worst. But friendlier service would have really made this easier to deal with. There was nearly 0 interaction despite me trying to be friendly. There was also a dead fly in the acrylic. I forgot to mention that when I paid, probably shouldn't have let them continue with the service. But whatever at this point i was already crying in public. Also they did not put any cuticle oil on my finger nails or use a hot towel I didn't really get much of a leg massage and they didn't put anything in the pedicure water it was just cold water not even really warm

This place here is disgusting and the employees are rude. Fast working, want you to pay for nasty nail job and no one not even management offers to correct the issue. Allows employees to do what and treat customers how they want. Nail clippers have rust on them, the polish has a lot of clumps. Nasty and unsanitary . No good specially since Covid is around! I definitely do not recommend this place at all.

I have been coming to Jason for 3 years. Every other week I used to get pink and white nails and French gel manicures and pedicures all the time. Within this year I developed an allergy to the gel and he has been doing regular Polish for me I called today to make appointment and he said he can no longer only do regular Polish I am very disappointed because I'm sure he still has all his regular Polish on display I'm not sure why after so many years of spending so much money there all the sudden he now cannot honor regular Polish. I guess because before I was spending 100 plus each time. Now pedicure with regular polish only 40.00. Shame on you Jason

Wouldn’t come here, don’t recommend at all, I came here for my first time two weeks ago and got a pedicure. First thing I notice the guy that did my toes was using already used/ and open equipment which was kind of gross to me, due to the fact that you shouldn’t use the same nail clippers for every person(I don’t know where those had been before). I let it slide but I did mentioned it to the nail tech, then he was agressive and I said(in a polite way) if he could clean my toe nails well because I felt like I had a nail in. He did but the result of that is now I have a huge infection in my toe nail and can’t even wear close shoes ????. Please don’t get you a pedicure here !!

The BEST nail salon. Jason did my nails yesterday and he took his time, and made sure they came out perfectly. This is the best gel manicure I have ever had. He shaped them great and I absolutely love them. I will definitely be returning and will recommend all of my friends here!!
Unfortunately the owner has a beginner which does not know what she is doing. Did a terrible job removing the gel polish. Files my nails with a course file leaving them rough and not buffering them. Does not know how to cut cuticles. She was shaking and her nails were very dirty. How is you have someone like that doing someone’s nails. I was so upset and courteous to pay for a horrific gel manicure!!!????????????
