Super unprofessional took over an hour just to do fill. they handed me a basket of gel colors and when I picked the color I wanted and Hailey got very upset, she tried to get me to change my color four different times when I told her no it's okay she said she was going to charge me $8 more for the color she kept complaining to the other coworkers about the color that I picked and she started slamming her drawers because she was so upset the lady next to her was coughing the entire time she was working and the file job on my nails is super crooked my nails are bumpy I do not recommend this place my basic gel fill came up to $63. I watched three people walk out of there with thumbs that look like toes because the filing jobs were so bad.
If it weren't for the awesome work they do, I wouldn't come back. They take appointments but never honor their appointment times. Everytime I visit I am waiting no less than 30-45 minutes past my appointment time. It's ridiculous. If they improved on this and not take walk ins on top of appointments, this place would be perfect.
They were timely and did an ok job on my nails...The Manicurist disregarded the fact that I didn't want her to cut my nails as I showed her I had just filed the shape to the length I liked but she grabbed and snipped it after she asked me what shape and length I wanted on my fingers then said she did it to make them all even in length and even though I asked her not to clip them she did so they are a bit shorter than I would have preferred them to be...She was a bit rough and wore gloves but did a nice job polishing them and the pedicurist was good other than using a plastic toilet paper wrapper to rest my feet on which seemed pretty trashy and when I sat down I noticed they had not wiped down the seat from the previous person as the seat towels and floors were was dusty & dirty so I pointed this out and they just threw a towel on top of the one side then went and dusted off the other arm tray after i was seated which i.m.o should have been bussed and or cleaned before seating me...But they seemed to be busy and were typically friendly but mostly spoke amongst themselves in Vietnamese...

Because of the craziness happening in the world right now I haven’t been able to go down for a fill, but I’m a month out with my acrylic set and they have NOT broken! I’m amazed at how well they held up. Jewels have not fallen off or anything. I definitely got what I paid for. It was a little pricey but SUPER worth it. One pic is fresh, the other is ONE MONTH GROWTH (I trimmed myself)
I leave with beautiful dip nails every time I go. Extremely friendly staff, clean salon, and they always find a way to fit me in!

Dirty, inconsiderate and opinionated service. I walked out mid manicure because I couldn’t believe how unsanitary station was. After waiting much longer than I was told, the manicurist was unprofessional, rush and not gentle at all. I unapologetically paid full price and got out of there. I prefer to walk out then to sit in a dirty station with a rude attendant.
