Up until last weekend I would of given this arcade 5 *s we often take our daughter and her friends and spend a few hours using what money we can afford, when the kids went to get prizes with there tickets in which they save until they can get something good we had a ticket that shows the amount of tickets but because the bar code is faint the manager said there's nothing she can do ,there was something she could of done but she made her choice what i can say even though we've gone for the past 8 years we will not been going back again customer care from the manager is none it's a shame because the staff there are lovely so for me I would not recommend this place
Day to the seaside spoilt by rude arrogant cafe staff. Spent decent money in cafe on morning of arrival on breakfasts and drinks for 5 people. Later returned for teatime for some cake and hot drinks for 5 again, we also had brought our own fish n chips to eat before the cake. Little ones (2 babies under 2yrs old) were cold and wanted to eat indoors out of the chilly wind. Was rudely shouted at and refused service because we had some of our own food. Even though we said we wanted to buy a round of cakes and hot drinks we were rudely ushered out with unbelievable attitude from staff. Cafe was empty! Not like they were busy. Absolutely disgusting attitude and lack of compassion .Completely unnecessary way to treat paying customers!!!
We had breakfast in the cafe don't have the mushrooms because the very watery and there's no taste
The arcade is amazing. The food.....hmmmm debatable because for 2 meals was £20 and THAT is expensive when its meant to be a cafe not a restaurant!
The milkshake tasted like a cup of milk with a SPRINKLE of chocolate.
I WOULDN'T eat again from here but id go to the arcade 100%
Great arcade with a multitude of games, coin pushers and for the adults, slots.
I personally spent a lot of tine on the 20p Pearl machine.
Though I did not play the slots I could see that there was a fair selection of old school and more modern digital slots to pick between.
My only gripe with this arcade is that the ticket value felt very low compared other establishments but other than that it was a great place to spend the day and I will definitely go again if I am in the area.
0 stars if I could due maiy to the CAFE and its staff. THE CAFE STAFF ARE RUDE AND THE HYGIENE IS AWFUL. Took my family for breakfast only to sit down and half way through my bacon sandwich that was literally floating on the plate with grease to discover a large amount of dead bugs in the vinager bottle. We spent a good amount of money here and when I asked about sauce I was rudely told I'd have to pay extra. There was one other family there who had also spent a lot of money in the cafe and the mum tried to charge her phone in the empty plug by her chair to be again rudly told she was not allowed to use any of their electric. The attitude of the staff was shocking. Very disappointed will never go to this cafe again.
Went here yesterday for a few hours brilliant cafe the Sunday dinner is delicious drinks a bit expensive but the prize on the tickets are insanely good my favourite game was the one where you have to hit the car in the bin to get points it’s better then the amusements next door so I recommend you go to this one thanks charlie
Daughter loves it here , friendly lady staff on Christmas Eve, Cafe too
