Following my first visit at Turning Heads, I left feeling utterly satisfied after the first-rate and attentive service I was given across the board. The staff were beyond friendly, the atmosphere was extremely inviting, and my haircut/treatment were done to an exceptional standard (I’ve actually never loved my hair so much before). I’m very impressed with my overall experience at the Turning Head salon and I’ll definitely be making a return in the future.
Fantastic!! I had the best cut&blow dry in years from Isabel, I was super nervous as I had just moved to the area. I have anxiety about booking over the phone and was super pleased to get a message response on Google saying they could see me the same day during late evening.
Wow… I’m never going back to my previous salon after this experience. My hair was a state when I went in and I had felt low all week. I now feel boosted and rejuvenated thanks to my amazing new hair !! Thanks and I will be back! Feel so lucky to have this salon on my doorstep.

I had to leave the review as I was absolutely speechless after I've left the salon. I have been struggling with the curly hair whole of my life, tried many products in order to win the endless battle with the stubborn curls, nothing has ever helped. Side note: don't get me wrong, one can maintain a curly hair, be well proud of it, and love every inch of it, that's just not me. Ideal picture of myself that I've had in mind was the one with the shiny straight hair, and it's been like that since I was young. After a long research of all the possible treatments, I came across this Yuko hair straightening treatment, after doing an additional research and 5hrs of YouTube videos later, I've started my search for the experienced Yuko hairdresser around the Notts area, I was even thinking of stretching my legs to London, if needed, and then I found my life saver, Michelle. Michelle is highly trained professional, with well over 20 years of experience, and most importantly, over 15 years of experience with Yuko. I'd say her talent is absolutely limitless, on top of that she's a wonderful person, very humble, sweet and gentle. She made this whole experience much more enjoyable and unforgettable. Visited Turning Heads for the first time today and had my hair cut and styled by the lovely Emma. I have curly mixed hair and like to have my pixie styled quite short. Emma did a brilliant job and cut and styled exactly as I asked. I am super pleased and have already booked my next appointment with her. The salon was clean and all the staff were super friendly, glad I found this place :)
I love going to this salon. You always get welcomed and seated on arrival a long with a drink. The staff are lovely. I have had a lash lift and tint here and it's honestly the best lash lift I have had so far! Would most definitely recommend this salon.
Just amazing... A little nervous trying a new hairdressers, but Olivia was brilliant.. the colour is perfect.. wasn't too sure on whether to cut it, I'm glad I did... I will definitely be coming here from now on... Thank you soooo much
