THEY GAVE ME AN INFECTION!! Every single finger is red,swollen,itchy, and in pain. I went to the emergency room and they too confirmed my nails were infected. I went back to see if i could get my money back since i need to take them off anyways since they’re infected. The man at the front desk was very rude he didn’t even let me explain the situation. I even asked to talk in private because i didn’t want to make a scene or have anyone hear what i had to say but he ended up being the one getting all defensive and raising his voice. He said since it was all 10 fingers and not just one nail then it wasnt their problem and that nothing could be done. I don’t think its right but whatever I don’t think ill be coming back and everyone should be careful they dont get an infection either.
I hate to write this because it’s the first bad experience I’ve had here. This would be my 5th time at this nail salon but my 1st time getting my nails done by the older gentleman with glasses. I went in wanting to remove the powder (had to get it done previously because my nail was broken half way down) and keep my natural nail. He had said no you should get a fill because you’ll get fungus if you don’t. In my head I was like uh sure, you’re the professional here. As he started to remove the old color and began to shape the nails, he not only shaped them wrong, but I noticed a good amount of blood on one of my fingernails. He didn’t say anything. I kept looking at it like why is it bleeding like this so much. He sent me to wash my hands and still no apology… then he says oh it’s because you had powder there. And yet, still no apology. During the manicure I was quiet and uncomfortable. I’m sure he sensed it because he stayed quiet too. I was not happy and My finger was hurting. After he finished the manicure, he told the lady that did my pedicure the total price. He was charging me full price! I looked at the lady baffled. I told her I’m sorry but I’m not satisfied at all with my nails and I’m still bleeding. She told the gentleman what I said and and he told her to give me $5 off while he walked outside. Not even looking at me. I paid without tipping and as I walked to my car, the man turned away and hid behind the wall next to their salon. I started to cry in disappointment and anger towards him. It’s like he knew he did an awful job and that’s why he wouldn’t show his face.
Now, at first when I got home I thought I was over reacting. But I looked to the internet and Reddit. My experience is not normal! Not only is the fungus thing not true, but the type of bleeding I experienced should not happen.

I've been coming here for times. Everyone's really friendly! My nails always stay for 2-3 weeks with dip. They took such good care of me at the shop! Always do the best job.
Well well well... what can I say, I still live 2 minutes from this place so I can't stay away. Awesome friendly nail shop!! My tech was so nice and she did a great job. I'm pleased with my nails.
I love my tech! She is very talented and really takes her time to do an amazing job and make sure you are happy! My first time getting a design and I am obsessed!
I have been coming here since the opening of this store and still am a loyal customer. I never have a bad experience and my nails are always on point. I highly recommend!

They all did a fabulous job. This is actually the first place that I have gone to where I had gotten my nails dipped and it has come out beautiful every single time. This is for sure my go to spot from now on.
