Uninteresting barber shop with average service, comperable to the usual shop in and around the Jacksonville area. It didn't seem to be as clean or nice as I would hope. Being a prior hair professional myself, I'm not easily impressed, but that little extra could have raised this to a 4 star review.

My fade was lower than I requested, and I couldn't get a razor shave besides the electric trimmer. My hard part line didn't line up with my usual one, so there are random short hairs where they don't need to be. Finally, the trimmers were a bit too rough on my neck, so they could use proper adjustment to not cut a client. I wouldn't say it's a bad haircut, just not what I was hoping for, and a bit more rough than I would prefer.

Overall, if you really need a haircut for work Monday, you can get one here.

Great cut and great price. I truly appreciate a barber, especially in this area, who still uses scissors, there is something to be said about the caliber of barber who employed this tool.

Only gripe and why only 4 instead of 5 stars is he spent the first few minutes on his phone and I'm don't agree with the barber experience when the customer isn't the only focus and priority.

Great place to get affordable and well done haircuts. Everyone working there is so friendly and courteous and very receptive to how you are explaining how you would like to get your hair cut. I would very much recommend this salon to anyone looking to get a good job done on their head at a very low price in this day and age.

Two friends and myself went here to get a haircut, and the service and quality was abysmal. The sign said haircuts were ten dollars, yet they charged both of my friends $12 and they charged me $14. We called before we went to ensure that they were open, and the lady who answered rudely said they were leaving at 3 and hung up on us. I will never give this place my business again and I hope no one else ever goes here.

D has been very professional and cuts my hair right everytime. He takes the time to understand what you want and cuts it to your liking. Most of the barbers in the area only know how to do one thing and that is military cuts.

The shop is clean and spacious, the staff have always been very welcoming.

When I walked in, the clean and pleasant atmosphere was very impressing. It’s also very spacious with more than six feet between each barber and their client. I felt comfortable knowing that the six feet apart guidelines were being implemented. I also noticed that the barbers are Covid-19 cleanliness certified. I will be bringing my son back due to my pleasant experience. Thanks

I have lived in the Ferry for several years. D, the owner is a true professional barber I served in the Marines for 22 years, had haircuts throughout the world. These folks know how to treat a patron. Start to finish, they make you feel like family.

I highly recommend the next time your in the Ferry, stop by for a cut. Chances are high, you'll be back!

Best barbershop around. I tried all the barbers in the area until I found Tru Clips. Clean shop, great haircuts for me and my kids. People always ask where we get our hair cut and we send them to Tru Clips.
