I got these done last Sunday and they are still holding up pretty well. The ambiance of the salon is pretty and calm and my technician was very nice. I wish they had more options in terms of the new age style and designs but I wouldn’t mind coming back for simple nails
Terrible service. Made an appointment, but still had to wait over an hour for someone to finally help me. The technicians were incredibly rude when I asked about a specific color. When I was finally seen, the technician would get up every couple of minutes to do something. And at the end, their credit card machine wouldn’t even work. Would never come here again.
I should’ve read the reviews prior to going. I got a gift card so I had to go there. I was disappointed that they charge extra to fix a natural nail. Also when I went back for my next manicure they removed my repair and charged me again. That was not necessary. Very disappointed.
Sooo good!!! My dips lasted 3 weeks and the color selection in the best for your nails. Hundreds of brilliant colors!
I got acrylic nails with a gel overlay. I didn’t have to wait very long but as I was getting the white tips glued on the manicurist almost glued her hand to mine. While she was filing my nails I don’t know what happened but they are very uneven and misshapen. The gel overlay they highly suggested and said it would make it look so great turned them yellow. I won’t be going back.
They're unprofessional they kept adding more to the cost $30 added $5 to remove polish 20 more if u wanted shellac the entire time the talking about price.
I went here for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The gentleman who did my pedicure brought a totally different color from what I requested so I picked a different color which looked much brighter on application (by now another lady Yohana (that's what her locket said) came to apply the color). I requested to change it to which she said "you can't keep changing colors so many times" and she complained to all her colleagues about me saying I keep changing, she was very loud and it's just rude. I was super nice about it, requested to change, and yet she repeatedly kept complaining about me to others. Then I was left to sit there for 10 minutes because she was upset.
My pedicure was also just average because my heels look no different than how I went in. Same experience for my husband. I still tipped well and did not complain about it on location because I don't like confrontations and makes me uncomfortable.
I had the best experience ever so far in getting done by Gel Manicure. Tia is really good with this art. She has done my nails twice to perfection, I would recommend her to everyone for shellac manicure. The place is overall, is really nice, clean and welcoming.
