Chance did an AMAZING job on everything! She did my nails and she was so friendly, sweet and kept checking to make sure I loved my set! She made sure I was comfortable, asking if I saw anything that needed fixing and was completely dedicated to giving me the best experience possible. The salon was gorgeous as well! It was so clean, wonderfully decorated and just beautiful! I HIGHLY recommend Chance!
The BEST haircut and experience of my life (42 years that is)!!!!! It was my first time visiting and can't wait for my hair to grow so I can go back. Everyone is so nice, talented, look at stuff or sniff candles and buy one while you wait, and hair turns out better than the pics you show them!!!!!
My teenage daughter went here for help with growing out an undercut. They butchered her hair and charged her nearly double what was quoted over the phone. Being a kid, she didn't stand up for herself before leaving. I'm appalled. To make it worse, this happened right before a formal. Now she won't leave the house without a hat.
Go see Chantel. She saved my hair and I'm so thankful for her. The salon itself is not only the cutest place for girls to pamper themselves, but it was clean, quaint, and the staff was friendly. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and Chantel was ready to assist. I called ahead a few days before the appointment and they were quick to get me in. Going into the appointment I knew I needed major help as I had tried to do my hair at home the weekend before the appointment and totally botched it. Not only was Chantel nice to talk to and so kind, but she was professional. I showed Chantel a photo from Pinterest of what I was going for and what can I say other than I couldn't and still can't stop smiling at how much I love it! The amount of compliments I get for my hair too is SO flattering! Chantel, thank you for saving my hair and helping me get back my confidence. You are an artist! 5 stars and l'll be back to see you from here on out!
Great salon! My hair came out looking just as I wanted it too however the stylist, Emma, wasn’t very nice. I don’t think she smiled even once. She even laughed at me when I asked if she would have to do the color all over as if I am the hair stylist and should know. That’s your job girl. The tone in her voice and the pace she was going was as if she hated her job and would rather be anywhere else. I liked the way my hair turned out though I’ll give her that! Appointment took 4 hours just to get front pieces done because she had 2 clients at once. Won’t be going back.
