Took me as a walk in. My nail tech was pleasant and did a good job on my nails. I was sooo happy with the outcome. Showed her the inspiration and she did a great job reasonably priced. Would go back and recommend. My tech was Angie
they cut my friends nails and my nails were lumpy and so was my other friends. they called my friend a liar because my other friend said she wanted long nails and gave her short short nails and were too pointy and told her they can not give her money back and when they did it again to “fix it” they didn’t and they just made it shorter
This is by far my favorite salon/spa. It lives up to its name, Tranquility. Angie gave me the absolute best Green Tea pedicure yesterday. I almost fell asleep. My feet felt and looked so amazing afterward. The chairs are divine. Ten stars.
Best place I’ve ever been to. Amazing service and amazing nails. It was such a lovely experience. The workers are extremely respectful and nice. I definitely will come back again as I have already.
I had my acrylic nails filled and was not pleased with the sloppiness I received. Smudges everywhere, nail polish on my skin, polish doesn’t even cover the whole nail in places, bumps. Very disappointed.
This place took advantage of my children. They quoted us one price at the door with exact details of what we wanted for my girls and they had the audacity, once I stepped out, to overcharge them. They also decided to put their hands on them and firmly walk them to the register area. I was disgusted with their disrespect and terrible customer service. My daughter left with a cut and blood stains as well. This place is an embarrassment. I would not recommend for anyone to get any services here.
My nails looked a mess. The lady that did my nails did not speak English so, I just left. I will never go there again.
When I first went here, I had long natural nails and just had them painted by a nice nail tech. I gave her a tip afterwards, though I forget her name. But this second time... I went there yesterday and decided to get an hombré acrylic, since my nails are much shorter this time. I got a nail tech named Lucy, and she had an attitude. She was aggressive with my hands and making it very hard to relax my hands... it did not feel gentle whatsoever. I told her that I was having a hard time understanding what she was saying, due to her thick accent and the mask (mask wasn’t a problem) and she continued to talk back to me in the worst attitude, continuously being rough with my nails/hands. It seemed as if she was rushing to get my nails done because I showed her a reference photo of what I wanted my nails to look like and the aftermath looked nothing like the photo I showed her. My nails were chunky and THICK and just overall sloppy. “Botched”, if you will. She gave me an attitude when she told me to wash my hands in the sink when my nails were STILL wet. The water messed up on all the “progress” she made and afterwards looked at it and said “all done” and wrote a check. AND the worst part was that while buffing up and touching up my nails, she dug her own fingernail into the inner folds and it hurt like HELL. I left the nail salon, giving them $60, even though I should’ve gave less than that and seen and felt that my right thumb was bleeding on the inside of my fingernail fold! As of right now, they burn like crazy and they’re extremely sore. If I didn’t have this experience, I would’ve gave it a solid 4 stars. This salon LOST ME.
