I have been coming here for a while now . There was an older lady who was really good !! I don’t see her anymore ! I was the first customer in today , the lady who did my toes ( French manicure) did good . Besides the fact that they can be really rude and insist that you “ need “ a pedicure when you politely decline .. it seemed to be an ok shop . Today I asked for French manicure on my nails and they butchered it !! The lady said she could do it . I asked her to clean it up .. it was so sloppy, I asked very politely, she got up , stormed out and I’m almost sure was cursing me out in her native language. It was very unprofessional. Another lady was supposed to help out and finish it up .. she couldn’t do it either . Who knew French manicure was so hard for an established NAIL SALON ?!?! I will not be returning and I am usually a returning , tipping customer !
2/10 stars is the MOST I’ll give them because, absolutely NOT.
I come here kinda often but never had the problem I’m having now. Got my nails done for my birthday and barley a WEEK and a half later my nails are already lifting, paint chipping from toes etc. I’m not one to knock ANY business but I definitely am not satisfied with the quality for the PRICE I PAID. I definitely will be stopping by tomorrow.
I LOVE TRACYS NAILS! I’ve been coming here since 2012 and I still come. My whole family literally comes here all the time the service is good, the atmosphere is pleasing, they are so nice and sweet. Right now my favorite nail tech is Mimi( her work is in the pictures) I have them on as I’m typing this and it’s going on 4 weeks & they still look good. I’m coming back tomorrow actually for a full service. Ryan, Sunny, TeTe, Lin, Lele, are also great nail techs. It’s another guy there I forgot his name but he is so funny and I love his energy he has been there for some months now but they all are good I’ve had a full acrylic set from all them & I was satisfied. I refuse to go to any other nail shop!
The worst!!! Lady did my nails in chair 7 can’t do nails my nails look horrible! I came home and soaked them off wasted my money!!! Y’all need to stop messing up peoples nails and stop using people for practice!! If I was the owner I would be ashamed of how some of the techs be doing nails! My nails are wide, bumpy uneven all different shaped and she put on 3 coats of polish!! Please don’t go to this place!! Run save your money!!
Done by Julie. Nail pigment sold separately. Upscale-type atmosphere and staff was very kind hearted and understanding. I had to talk Juiles through this design, but it same came out looking magnificent. I’m so in love with this set
Great place to get your nail done. Me and my family love this place. I took me and my daughter here to get her nails done today and she really loved it. My three-year-old has autism and she was so pleased to see her beautiful nails. Thank you so much.
I love Tracy's nail. It doesn't have that thick smell of acetone. The people their really put there time and effort in doing nails. Gigi did my nails and I love them. I did have to get them redone because I work with my hands alot and the other lady did them and did a great job and didn't charge me. I love good quality service! Very professional and clean too.
My second time trying them figured the first time was just too busy for them. They had about 4 people greeted me as soon as I walked in good start. I didn’t get what I asked for, they are still rude and seem to act like they can’t understand what you want. Then charged me the same as last time and I got less things, and this childish polishing.. Even charged $33 for long nails I didn’t think my nails was long.
