This is my third and last time coming to this hair salon. The first 2 times, they did a decent job, I was happy. Third time, the girl did a sloppy job. I only needed a trim> I have short hair, long on top. I left with sides and back uneven. The top was blow-dried and not styled right. I got home crying! Calling another hairstylist to please see me later today or tomorrow to see if this mess is fixable. The place is nice for people that have straight hair. If your hair is curly, or coarse, do not go there. They do not know how to do a fade or trim hair correctly. I had so much hope in this place since the stylist that used to do my hair moved. Now I'm in search for new stylist and starting my year with my hair destroyed! They don't talk to you, so you feel like you're not even welcomed in there.

Had a 12:00 apt., waited 40 minutes till I was taken. Suppose to have a "style and cut". Ended up with the same hair cut but a lot shorter. No style. NEVER GO THERE. unless you like spanish TV and can speak spanish and have your scalp burn from a hot blow dyer. Plus pay $50.00 for nothing. doent even deserve a star!

Absolutely love this place, I was able to get my hair styled & colored by a TRUE beautician. Marianna is the truth, if you need a cut, be sure to ask for her when scheduling a appointment. Nice atmosphere as well, this is definitely a great salon ☺

I scheduled a haircut for 3:30 to get a bob haircut and undercut. I’ve only ever been to Great Clips before this, and they knew it was my first time in the salon. As soon as I came in, they sat me down and started. While they did a good job on the haircut and were fairly quick in doing so, the woman was distracted and a bit rough. I don’t know her name. They speak Spanish, so I did not know what was going on when they spoke to anyone besides me, and the woman was talking to others around her as she was cutting and shaving my hair. She didn’t say much to me throughout my experience. I have sensitive skin and a small but clear mole on my neck, and while she was shaving my hair, she ran the mole over several times with the razor. Hours later, I took a shower and it’s still painful. I paid $35 for my haircut, which I wasn’t informed I would be paying until after it was completed, as there are no signs with prices. I am low-income and did not greatly appreciate the experience I had for paying so much. It is a fairly small salon with barely any seating in the waiting area, so if you go for a walk-in appointment, be aware that there may not be a seat for you.

I have been going to Minerva for a little over a year now. She is lovely to work with and my hair turns out amazing every single time. She always meets my crazy requests with enthusiasm. My hair has been virtually every color of the rainbow. I highly recommend A Touch of Class and I absolutely recommend Minerva for all of your vivid color needs! ????????

Bianca Pavel has been doing my hair for years and she has never disappointed me! She is extremely professional and knows how to converse with her clients to help make the time go by. She does such an amazing job that I trust her experience with every bone in my body! I will always request her as my stylist and I highly recommend that each person reading this does as well!
