Been there a few times and haven't been thrilled. For one, they do not understand English well at all so it's very hard to communicate.
I got a pedicure with them, and the massage and everything was great, but the massage chair is almost painful. Had to keep trying different settings just to make something feel acceptable.
During my manicure, he accidentally kicked my foot. I made note of that in my head to check my foot before leaving and my toe was smudged. He fixed it but only did one coat and there's a whole bunch of nail polish on the top of my foot.
Gel manicure- if you look at the photo I posted, it's hard to tell but every finger is like bubbly. Meaning, the gel didn't get put all the way down the nail, only like halfway. The middle finger nail shows it best. So that's disappointing. I chose to just live with it because I already pointed out the smudged toe. My pinky nail has a little crack in it already too. It's been five hours.
My mom asked for nail art, they didn't have a clue what that was. Last time they did it for her, it honestly looked really bad. So she thought she'd try it again. They kept telling her they do it. But after the entire manicure and pedicure is over and after her asking about it numerous times throughout, they told her it was too late to do nail art. So she didn't get it done.
You can also only get basic color gel nails. If you want anything with sparkles, they cost more.
Just added the photos of my nails that are chipped. These are gel. It's only been four days!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!
I was not satisfied with the service I was provided with receiving a full set acrylic, I called and went back and they gladly accommodated and fixed the shape of my nail. The week prior, my boyfriends daughter and I had received pedicures for her birthday.
The only complaint I have is that they charged me more for a fill in than what I paid for the full set!

I went here for the first time today and had an AMAZING experience. The staff is super nice and personable. They have a wide variety of colors to choose from. I got a pedicure and they used exfoliating scrubs, masks, scraped my feet, massaged my feet and legs, and shaped my nails. The place is really clean too. I'm for sure coming back.
In my opinion they do a great job!
This place is a great shop. Very clean. My tech did a great job. A little under an hour for everything. Great first visit. Highly recommend this place! My go to nail salon!
