Nails were rushed. My tech kept coughing and sniffling!! He grabbed my fingers too tight and my polish was lumpy!

First time visit... Pricing was good, but be warned my Brothers... EVERYTHING IS $5 MORE FOR MEN ... My fiancee made me get the extra special pedicure because my feet are kinda jacked up. Then the manager came over and tried to get me to get the top of the line pedi... I expected him to do that so I wasn't surprised, I mean my toes do have pretty thick callouses, but I politely declined. The service was good, not great, just good. My lady got a Mani & Pedi and she was happy with her treatment... Overall the experience was good and we will be back.

The owner is very unprofessional!!!!!! After I called he took my money and only offered the “basic “as he called it nail service. After I sat in water a half hr just to get a pedicure. And when I complained to the owner who was doing my nails he starts talking in Chinese to his associates. When I made him aware that that was rude he rushed my nails not shaping correctly, and half doing my gel color leaving it streaky. After I paid he told me I wasn’t allowed back….. wow I did nothing but offer how to better improve service. This is my 2nd time here and I should have known to leave when he was UNPROFESSIONALLY HANDLING ANOTHER PAYING CLIENT! The owner is the first booth who sits next to his girlfriend that takes his money with the balding hairline ????. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE LOOK AT THERE WORK AND I PAID $93 for this .

I made an appointment and I was in and out in no time. The staff was professional and knew what she was doing. Two weeks later my nails still look good.

I live near this shop and decided to start going . The times I've been, my services have been rushed. My gel started lifting the same day . Some nail techs seem a bit unpleasant. My feet are not that neat of a job on both visits. After I get a nail fixed, I won't be going anymore. Mrs. Sarah is very nice, though.

My kids loved it here. They did a excellent job and gave my kids a wonderful experience

I was once a frequent patron of this facility. I moved away for six years. I moved back and allowed my best friend to convince me to go like we used to. I regret doing so. It is one of my worst nail experiences to date.

I specifically asked the male nail tech to apply acrylic closer to the nail bed so that it doesn’t look like I need fill-ins a day after getting them done. He had the gumption to tell me “no”, despite me being the paying customer. Normally, I would have expressed my thoughts but I didn’t feel like it. It was already strike two as he told me they were unable to do any designs outside of what the hand models on the counter displayed. It’s 2021, stones and lines are too basic for the prices they charge.

I got a full set with medium length nails. I chose Ombré since they were not skillful in the nail design department. The ombré options they gave me to choose from had a nail with butterflies as one of the options. I chose that for two nails and stones on the ring finger. A full set there is $55. Ombré nails made my price go to $65. They charged me an additional $35 for two stone nails and the butterfly ombré nails. I suppose it is considered as encapsulated nails but they show it with the standard ombré options.

I went with it as you live and learn. It wasn’t even five days later before nails were lifting from the nail bed. ALL of them are and we’re lifting! I will never ever go near their building again! The shaping for coffin nails was also very inconsistent.

I pay good money for my nails and I don’t mind when the work is of good quality. This was not the case and I paid $156 for fancy nails every two weeks. The prices seemed to be excessive for basic stuff but I’m more disgusted with the work done. My nails lifting and needing to be done let’s me know their products are super cheap while they’re overcharging for it. Press-one would have lasted longer. The stones did not come off and that was a plus!

I do not do anything that would cause my nails to deteriorate. I do not use water excessively. This isn’t an issue I had supporting a black business. My nails would last and still look good by my two week maintenance. I will return to my nail tech because it’s not the price that turns me off. It’s the lack of skills to execute simple request, cheap products and refusal to listen! I can not believe a nail is off on a fresh full set already!

I would not recommend this shop to anyone and I stopped going there before because of their work.

They always do my nails as I want it. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend just bare in mind that if you do go on a Friday or Saturday they WILL be busy so come really early if you want to get in and head out quick. ????????
