I am not one to write reviews as I don't generally have a reason to. But i feel i need to, to share an experience I had a few days before Christmas at Top Nails. I have to say that the service at this place has gone downhill to where they don't care about their clients or their work. I have been here before, and they usually do a good job, not excellent but good. About a week earlier, my husband bought a gift certificate for me for our anniversary, so i thought i would use it prior to our family Christmas party. I brought in a picture of a design of what I would like on my ring finger ( picture attached below on the right). Instead, I got the finished product of the lumpy, unprofessional product on the left (picture attached below). So I complained and told the lady I didn't like my nails, and would she at least remove and redo the ring finger design. She replied, "No, i do not have time to redo it." I asked why? I told her, trying to be polite, I am not asking you to redo my whole nails, I am just asking you to redo my ring finger and she said because you said you didn't like my design. I told her, of course, I don't like it, the paint looks awful, lumpy, and the design is smeared all over and looks nothing like the picture! She reluctantly took the design off the ring finger and repainted it, but still refused to put a simple design back on it until the guy overheard us arguing and came over and asked, " you want simply design, like a flower?" I replied yes, like a snowflake or something!" At which point, while mumbling something in Vietnamese, she grabbed my hand and put sort of snowflake on my nails and pushed my hand towards the Gel LED light and walked off. I was so upset....I told her thank you for at least attempting to fix my polish on my ring fingers, but I, for one, will not recommend this place to anyone or come back!!! Terrible service!!! :(

I am so glad I went here! I’ve been here before but it was years ago. I decided to come back this time to get my nails filled (I was desperately in need of a fill), and although it was pretty fast, (in and out within 40ish minutes) I just want to RAVE about my nails! She did exactly what I asked for (shape and length wise) and my acrylic nails are so neat and thin (like a natural nail almost - just a tad thicker) but they are FABULOUS! I love love LOVE them!!! Even my bosses said they were super stinking cute and one even said she’s gonna probably come here! Such great service and super friendly! Also like I said previously, super fast (which is a huge plus if you are on a time frame like I was!). I seriously can’t get over how cute my nails turned out! I will ALWAYS go here to get my fills done from now on instead of driving all the way to Orem to get them done!

Save your money, super sloppy, lumpy nails, flat and way to wide. The gel polish came off 4 of my toes already. I booked an appointment with my Amazing regular nail gal the very night I got them done at this salon to get the m fixed. They are awful. I filed them down already and put the nail gel stickers from Walmart to hide the ugly job. Cost was $100 for pedicure, with gel & fill nails ???? and add tips to 2 fingers. Never again.

I was only one of two people there and they rushed my whole pedicure. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I really, deeply needed a foot massage and I paid extra for a deluxe pedicure. I didnt enjoy it at all. I wont be back.

Looked terrible. They were rude and rushed. My nail are globbed on.i told them I didn't like the ork. They had me pay half way thru. 55 dollars for nails that were disgusting. And when I said I didn't like them the lady started literally yelling at me so I told her to stop scream she said so go somewhere if we do shi work. And I relieved no apology a d no refund. I'll never go here again. They were even rude to my husband.

If I could give zero stars I Could. They were awful in that place. The guy has no idea how to do nails. Over filed my nails took all my length from my natural nails, made them weak and Then was going to do acrylic when I asked for gel. She finished, did so many coats that it was lumpy, left sharp points, and they were peeling and broke a week later, they refused to fix it or give my money back. Told me it was my fault my nails look like that. I've had my nails done for 3 years now. Never had a problem like this, until this salon. I would highly recommend TO NOT GO HERE.

I went in for a fill and the lady was very short and rude with me. I was there for twenty minutes tops, she cut my nail bed with the drill and then wiped alcohol over it. She burned all of my fingertips on my left hand. She was super rough and threw my hand to tell me to put it under the light. Overall it was the sloppiest nails I’ve ever gotten, they aren’t shaped well and are lumpy due to poor nail polish application. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody it’s a waste of money for the quality you’re getting.

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience here. I scheduled an appointment, it didn’t feel rushed like others experienced. She took her time and did a great job. They even had a bowl of candy! It was way cheaper than our last pedicure experience in cedar so I’m not complaining about cost.
