My daughter and I made a last minute appointment. Even though it seemed the person doing my nails was being trained in doing the dipped nail tips I was extremely happy with result. Someone supervised her and made sure I was happy with each step. My daughter took a picture of the multi colored tip look she wanted for her acrylic set and they look almost identical to the picture. Prices very reasonable and atmosphere much less busy than some of the other bigger nail bars. We would definitely go there again.
I was surprised by the great welcome I got. The beginning of an excellent experience. My nails are still nice more than a week later, long lasting. They have a great selection of colors. Sweet staff!
Got the deluxe pedicure today and I am a huge fan! The service here is always impeccable and thorough. They took their time and did not skimp on the details. Hands down my new favorite nail salon!
When I need to spoil myself, this is my go-to place. They always have time for me. They will do only nail painting when I don’t have time for a pedicure; this is reasonable in cost. They have worked me in with my busy schedule. The leg massage went above and beyond the bare minimum. And the service staff appears to communicate well. Cleanliness was demonstrated- I watched the staff as they threw away items (in other nail clinics, I have watched gloves get turned inside out for the next customer - never here though). My only criticism is that I have hearing loss and the masks the staff wears are always difficult for me to hear. Fortunately I am not having to engage in conversation -I am grateful and I hope I don’t come across as aloof. The greeter (“the guy”). Is not afraid to get involved in mail painting and cleaning up. - is not pretentious and seems to care about experience. Thank you for consistently giving great service at this particular locations in Bettendorf Iowa.
Great experience! The reservation was made 3 hrs in advance, we were immediately seated upon arrival. My lady took her time and did a flawless job.
BEWARE! Avoid ,lady was hurting my nails & I told her she did it twice & she jumped up and started actiong manic . I was so confused I said you where hurting me & she yelled at me infront of everyone “ I am gentle “
She blamed it on having hot - flashes .I was so uncomfortable I just wanted to leave immediately, manager said no charge on nails by unfinished gel nails at the time I was at cashier the nail “ hot flash “ lady and manager where screaming back and forth manager said no charge & she proceeded to scream “ my money ,my money “ they removed my gell polish nail I sat there for another 20 minutes humiliated as she continue to rant on .eventually it was to much and I started to cry thank god for my husband walked in and checked on me after his dentist appointment next door & helped me .
If your thinking of walking in DON’T do the same mistake I did .

I was in the shop today when Steph c was there. Very different store. I’ve been going there a long time. They go out of there way to help you. The nail girl tried to get someone else to please her but she refused. Made everyone there very uncomfortable. Was upset that the nail girl walked away from her. she took videos and pictures of the shop. I felt like the staff was going out of there way for her. So sad that people want to belittle others.
I asked for French tip nails and they are amazing!! Great customer service and my nails turned out amazing!! 10/10 definitely recommend! Will see top nails again!
