very upset, yes they look good by what i’ve been told. But I asked a specific design and half way through he told me he couldn’t do it, and i had to just hurry and pick so i just chose a solid color. The second photo was my inspo photo, the first is my actual nails
Came in to get acrylics done. Came in at 10:20 got home at 1:30. That's a little excessive. The nail technician was nice enough but her application process was ridiculously slow and very sloppy. The acrylic got all over my finger tips and went over the cuticle on my thumb well onto the skin. She used the drill to cut through it and seperate it but she wasn't paying attention and cut my cuticle ???? I was picking acrylic off my skin when I got home. She compared nail lengths and still some aren't the same length. I was just up in Michigan too visit family but even if I lived in the area I wouldn't return.
They don't take appointments, and wait times can be long. HOWEVER, the quality of care and detail that they have is impeccable. Absolutely love this place.

I drive truck and Googled nail salon near me and Top Nail came up ...I ubered over there ...walked in and got one of the Best pedicures and I needed my nails fixed...a fill and new polish ...My nails look AMAZING
The staff and customers here made me feel like I was at home ...so friendly and sweet to me. Anne stayed late to get my nails done for me ..it was almost 8pm ..by then no uber was available for me to ride back to truck stop ..Anne brought me back to my truck ...
Truly went ABOVE and BEYOND for me.
I will DEFINITELY COME BACK HERE when I pass thru Monroe ...
Thank you ALL for making my nights out here on these highways aliitle less lonely and worth my sacrifice missing my holidays and family to do my job....

African American women do not patronize this nail salon. I was totally ignored by LEE WHO SITS IN THE FRONT AT NAIL TABLE 1. She didn’t not want to service me and did not, I was waiting per usual but I was the only one in the small waiting area, I was asked if “I could come back at 2.” ( mind you I arrived around 10:30 ish) because the nail tech who usually does my nails had to leave, so I asked if LEE could do my nails seeing that she was working on another customer at this point I was still the only one waiting, when asked she was extremely rude, you could see the disposition in her face it was like I was scum so she spoke in her language like some do when speaking negatively about some customers. I could go on about my horrible experience there but the moral of this issue was while I was still waiting LEE FINISHED HER CUSTOMER A FEW MORE CUSTOMERS CAME IN NON BLACK AND LEE SERVICE ONE OF THE WALK INS LEAVING ME SITTING THERE LIKE I WAS SOME SORT OF INVISIBLE PERSON. I’ve already called and made a complaint but I will contact the Business Bureau and make another complaint. I ended up leaving going to another nail shop and was taken care of, they were very kind, wait was short and I’ll continue to support Le Nails on Telegraph and they take appointments!
Top Nail is always my favorite place to go.. no matter what it is that you’re getting, you know you’re going to get amazing service for a great price too. They’re all amazing, but Lee made sure I got exactly what I wanted and I’m so very happy with how they turned out!!
I waited a whole two hours for them to tell me they don’t do ombré nails wasted my time I’ve always had them done here for the past 20yrs & leave a good cash tip!! I won’t be coming back anymore
From AZ so needed a fix after being on the road for a month. The owner did my nails and did a fabulous job. I will come back next time I'm in this area. Interesting business concept, they do not take appointment, just walk in, sign in and wait your turn!
