I stopped in without an appointment and was greeted by Rachel and Monica. The service I received was absolutely excellent. I've been to other nail Salons in the past, but I must say these ladies took very good care of me. I am very pleased. My nails look healthy and beautiful. Rachel did not rush through the process even though the service they provided went beyond their closing time. You could tell she takes pride in her work. She is a true perfectionist. Thank you ladies. I'll see you for my next appointment.

I love this place! Everyone is very friendly and takes pride in doing a great job. I'm so so glad I found this place. Being a wheelchair puts a lot of wear and tear on my hands and nails, but they hold up really well!

I've been here three times over the years to get my nails done for special events. Each time I've been able to walk in and get my nails done in a timely manner and for a decent price. The staff is friendly and efficient. I always get the French tip gel manicure (using my real nails) and the first two times it's lasted for a good two to three weeks before really noticable chipping occurs. However this third time (done two weeks ago) the quality wasn't as well done as before. I have two cracked nails and a few chips. But despite that it still looks pretty decent and I'd go back again.

People there is always nice and welcoming ... I had today a different tech Kevin... very nice...i am usually rushing and it makes me stress out ... but his good service and engaged in a nice conversation while getting the job well done made me feel very comfortable and time flew !!!

Got my nails done for a Disney/universal trip! They accommodated me when I asked for 5 different colors to make sunset nails.

My mom and I dropped by here after a doctor's appointment because we felt like treating ourselves. We were immediately seated and our nails took less than half an hour. Our nail techs were super nice and this is the first time I've gotten acrylics done that they actually match the shape of my nails and flow with my fingers. I'll definitely be going back when it's time for a fill or a pedicure

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! DONT EVEN BOTHER!!! Paid $100 for a fill-in and pedicure. Upon completion I expressed to the owner that I was not happy with my nails and explained that the male tech did not do it correctly. Her resolve was to place oil on my cuticles. One week later I have two nails that have fallen off. I went back to the shop to explain to another tech what was going on and her response was “we can’t help you, we have other customers”. I guess since they had already received my payment last week fixing their error was not important. I requested to leave my information for the owner and was told to just call back.

Terrible nail work and even worse customer service. Take the extra drive and go somewhere ELSE!!!

Poor customer service. I walked in to get my nails done and was welcomed by no one. A lady that was playing on her phone said something to the effect of “have a seat” so I sat down and waited a good 30 minutes while two technicians, including the lady that told me to have a seat, sat around doing nothing. At one point I assumed they had forgot about me. Finally, a lady told me to come sit in her chair. She did a decent job, was a little rough but I’ve had worse. The nail file she used was absolutely disgusting, there’s no way it was sanitary. Unfortunately, the very next morning I had a nail tip break completely off. I went back to have it fixed and she kept implying that it was my fault that it broke. I ignored her because she was working on my nails, but she still did a half hearted attempt to fix it. Now the nail is significantly shorter and is basically just misshapen acrylic. She was also too lazy to wait for the paint to dry on the nail before putting on the top coat so there are a bunch of bubbles in the paint. I gave them two stars because at least they didn’t charge me for the fix.
