Christina took me as a walk in and I will definitely be going there and requesting her again. She hand painted the snowflake and was very kind, gentle, and focused. I loved this experience- it may be the best experience I’ve had at a place in Hopkinsville. I will definitely be going back.
Best experience and it didn’t take long 10/10
I went in as a walk in. Tried to call and make an appointment & was told to just walk in. So I did just that. Half way through my nails almost finished at that, the lady gets up & tells me she has an appointment and has to get to her they’re behind!! First off that’s awful business, you should have never started what you couldn’t Finish!!! So some guy comes to finish and completely makes a mess of what she started! & he thought he was going to get a tip! Ha nope! It’s been every bit of 10 years since I went there & they messed up then, I thought I’d try them again. Never again after today!! I’m so disappointed and was charged 50$ For awful nails! They put acrylic over my real nails! Now I have to go home and fix their mistakes! I’ll never give them another chance and I would never recommend them!
I had dipped nails and I wanted gel polish on my natural nails. This is my first time going to this nail salon. The women removed my nails with no problem. I wanted white nails with a one design on each hand. She said that the design was too hard so I picked a new one and said ok fine. After my nails were removed, she said they were in terrible shape stating that they were paper thin, spitting, and that she is not going to put gel nail polish on my nails. She said since I’m not going to do that she will just clean them up no charge and I can come back next week. Once she finishes, she tells me I owe her $15 when she said it was no charge. I tried to pay with my bank card when she says they don’t take card and only cash only. (There was no sign posted anywhere they take cash only). She said they have an ATM in the salon so I tried to use it and said the machine had no money. I tell her I need to run to get cash. She said “oh I’m sure I won’t see you again” and I said my bank is just 5 mins down the road and she said “yeah right sure it is”. I leave to come back with a $20 bill and she refused to give me cash back. I don’t recommend anyone going to this business. Poor service, rude employees, and tax scammers.
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I paid $150 for my nails and within 3 days all the diamonds on my ring finger had fallen off I told the Man doing my nails He was not taking the proper steps to put my diamonds on and he told me very smart and sarcastically that “he didn’t come to work every day for someone to tell him how to Do his job” last time I checked as a nail technician his job is to do exactly what I say. Also my nails were chipping Within the first week and I just went through a very Serious surgery so with that being said I wasn’t doing anything strenuous to make my nails chip if I could encourage anyone do not go to the nail salon he said it himself he does not do what the customer wants. If there is a way I have not figured it out yet but there’s no way to not give them any stars because They don’t deserve any
I got my nails done just yesterday. And I already have 3 nails messed up. The guy was in such a hurry doing my nails. The gel is already chipping off.. I want a refund. Very unhappy customer.
Good overall, but some concerns. I called first because I read other reviews. I'm diabetic, so I needed to know if they did pedicures for diabetics. My husband told me he'd been rejected at some places because of being diabetic. They were fine, as long as you let them know. I asked if they had the massage chairs. They do. Then I asked about how long the wait might be and the guy was kind of rude. I decided to go anyway because other reviews said the service was good. When I got there, I signed in and sat down to wait. They seemed a little confused about who to take next, but luckily customers advocate for themselves. I waited for an hour and then two other ladies walked in and almost got taken before me. I spoke up. So that's the negative. If you go there, watch them and make sure you get your turn. Some people May have appointments, but those customers are known to the staff and they will let you know they had an appointment if you question it.... but also, make an appointment.
The experience, once I got in the pedicure chair was pretty great. The technician was a nice guy. I got a spa pedicure and I had a choice of which type of treatment to get. I got the lemon hydration treatment. It smelled good! Of course, you get to choose your nail color. Purple is my favorite color, so that's what I chose. I wore tennis shoes in, so they brought flip flops to paint my nails in. No thin paper flip flops here! Real flip flops! I was so happy to get those! Not only that, they fit! Flip flops in my size are almost impossible to find because I have really big feet. That was a big plus. Overall, I gave them 4 stars because the experience, once I got to it was wonderful. It was just getting that far that was the issue.
They are awesome there..2 of my friends and I went.
