I have been here twice and so far I like the nail designs the colors for the price you can't beat it.i will say they do get very busy so make appointment and come early. I recommend

I received a $78 fill. The original application was done by another nail technician that was booked, it had been a whole month and I had a lifting nail that was painful. It’s important to note this the first fill from original application. I was not satisfied with the quality of the nail she tipped herself but nonetheless I left unsatisfied. Within 4 days I had 2 lifting nails. I went back expressing how unsatisfied I was and I was overcharged for poor service. I was offered to glue it back on. 2 days later another 2 started lifting I went back, and was offered to glue it back a day later all four was lifting. I was simply making bed, lifting my two years old daughter, normal activities when these nails keep lifting. I went back only to be offered re-gluing. I live in Port St. Lucie this shop is in Stuart this is not a 5 minute drive. Next day I called because at this point all the nails are lifting and I bought my own Walgreens brand glue to temporarily stop the lifting and pain associated with nail hitting against anything. So I called and asked for the manager he proceeded to tell me I can come in and pay full price with another technician because they are independent contractors. I don’t see what that has anything to do with the fact that I was just over charged $78 for a fill that all are coming off in a week. He then said he cannot do anything because he’s a independent contractor as well. So I ask for the owner he refuse to give me any details the said I’m sorry I’m busy and hung up on me. I am beyond furious, my time and money is being disrespected. I brought in 5 people myself make 6 none of whom will be returning. NEVER AGAIN will I give my money to these disrespectful people insulting my intelligence.
Horrible Experience. I will never step foot in the salon ever again. The guy that sits are the far back was completely disrespectful and completely embarrassed me. First I made an appointment with Helen but when I walked in.. I was seen by a guy. Helen was busy with another customer. I told him 3 times that I didn't like the color and he refused to change it he just kept polishing my nails. I had to tell him again... and he got so mad.. slammed the UV light on the side. Kept pulling my hands and fingers alot afterwareds... I don't know how he is employed... did a horrible job on my nails! Sloppy job... My nail polish looks so sloppy and my shape is not coffin. Horrible experience. I keep calling to complain to the owner but the same guy pics and lies on the phone stating the manager is not there. This place should shut down.
First time trying this place yesterday and I had a wonderful experience. The people there are so nice and their nails come out gorgeous. Also they were fast, I didn’t feel like I was there all day. I even had my 5 month old with me and they were so understanding and patient. My husband also got a pedicure and he said it was the best one he had, they made his feet brand new lol! Would definitely recommend! This is my new go to spot.
I found this place through instagram, came in as a walk in and they were able to squeeze me in. I’m very picky about my nails and usually do them myself. But one of them broke so I decided just to treat myself & try this place out. I believe my tech was Amy, she was very sweet and did an amazing job! You know you’ve found a talented nail tech when they can do such a perfect fade!
I have been looking for a place to get my nails done....been to many places around martin county and St Lucie. Through trial and error, I think I found it. Thank Kelly at Top Design Nails. I really like my nails.
