Top Cut Barbershop has a very friendly and relaxed environment. Mark cut my hair did an excellent job. He has a very strong sense of detail and gave me exactly what I was looking for. After being away from New Haven for 15 years it was great to come home and find such a great barbershop in Westville.
Mark is Absolutely professional in his craft. I wish I knew about it sooner. My wife and I both go and I wouldn’t choose anywhere else. Very clean and quality service. There’s nothing like the typical barbershop talk either. Home away from home.

I’ve been going there for almost 20 years(since the basement). Now that I’ve moved almost an hour away, I schedule my appointments because I refuse to let just anyone cut my hair. Dave and Mark are very professional and occasionally funny!!!????. They are the best barbershop in New Haven....Hands Down.
